We strive earn a five star rating from all our guests by being extremely responsive at a time when we can do something, which is during the time the guest is visiting. We provide Roku with a 40 inch screen tv, and a high definition picture. The Roku experience allows access to hundreds of channels, with a range of entertainment including movies, classic shows, news and sports. It may be possible that someone can be over-whelmed by all these robust features. We are pleased to review the Roku features during your visit. With regard to the mattresses, they were replaced just last year.

You falsely claim you entered the same access code you had been using earlier for the smartlock entry (without incident), and that the smartlock stopped working. That is simply not true, and the smartlock logs prove our case. You further claim you could not reach us. By the smartlock logs, it did not take VRBO over an hour to reach us. Moreover, we leave a business contact number, and since this happened after business hours, we also leave each guest my personal home number (which you never called). You were remotely let in at 8:16 pm, after the smartlock log shows 18 attempts of "Invalid Code Entry" by you. The lock worked fine, you simply forgot the correct code. This is underscored, since the log shows another 8 tries listed as "Invalid Code Entry" after you were let in by us. We then went the extra mile. We called to try to help you and you didn't answer, so we left a voicemail. You later called back, and read you the correct code, and we asked you to try it while we remained on the phone. It instantly worked, and you acknowledged this fact. We mentioned you may have mistakenly been pushing the wrong code, and you became embarrassed, saying that was not possible, and got off the phone. We very much appreciate your business, but reviews are supposed to contain accurate information.
