Everything way amazing, very close to everything. Grocery store is less than a minute away. Highway is right around the corner, neighbors are quiet. 10/10 would recommend. And Ebenizer, answered all our questions.

The price was affordable for timing with the Boston Marathon. It is an excellent neighborhood, the process and communication was great. The interior is just OK but that is what we were expecting. My only suggestion would be a bathroom remodel and get rid of the tub in favor of a small walk in shower. When showering with shampoo etc mounted on the wall it is very restrictive if you are at all above average size. And, shower curtains in general are gross but with the size restriction you can’t help touching it. Also, get rid of the mat inside the tub (yuck). Aside from that nit, a very positive experience.

I have stayed here in the past, traveling for work in the area. The old house is in a very quiet neighborhood and very comfortable,and relaxing.Communication is perfect, and the host is very attentive and friendly. Very well furnished with some comfortable seating in the living room and all the comfort of home.

Eben in an excellnt host. He is very attentive and responsive to guest questions and needs.This property gave us plenty of room for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The bed offered a good night's sleep and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again when we visit family in MA.
