Kozy Bear House

Peaceful area with park nearby. There are three bedrooms in this vacation house. A queen-sized bed can be found in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Master bedroom has a big closet area. There is a full-sized bed in the third bedroom. Every bedroom has pillows and sheets in it. The flooring in the living room, dining area, laundry room, and pantry is stained concrete. The concrete in the bathrooms is also stained. Every bedroom has carpet except master bedroom. Completely fenced with a lighted patio.

This was a nice comfortable home to stay in. This was our midway stopping point from Houston TX to Durango CO. Stayed here 2 nights. Bed was reasonably comfortable, nicely clean house with what we needed to make our stay feel like home, quiet neighborhood. Had an issue getting in at first and the owner quickly responded and even came over to help.Overall this was a good stay. I would do this over a hotel any day!

Kozy Bear House

The house was very clean, organized and had all the amenities we needed. Really liked the outdoor patio space and quite neighborhood. Also enjoyed there was a park just down the street to take a nice walk. Will definitely book again.

The property was awesome. The rules were a shock but were do able. The property says pet friendly and was easy to get approved. The manager was there every time I had a question or need. Beds were super comfortable. Thank you Jaime for a wonderful stay

Quiet Neighborhood

The house is super clean. The neighborhood is really quiet. Host has the house well equipped for a nice stay. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in town again.

Amarillo stay

We were in town for a pig show. This was a great place to stay with 4 of us. Way better than staying in a hotel as we had the kitchen to accommodate our needs. Plenty of space so we were able to get our time away from everyone and the price was perfect!! Will definitely consider this place for future stays.

Needed a place to stay on the way home from a road trip. This home fit the bill very well. Extremely clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the night. Would definitely stay here again.

Beary Awesome!

This is one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. My sisters and I can only rave about the cleanliness of this home and the small perks! Having small waters available, travel size toothpaste and toiletries. We will 100% stay here again when we return to Amarillo. Hopefully we will stay longer this time and get to hang out on the patio and use the grill. The lawn was beautiful and well-kept as well. WELL DONE!

Wonderful stay at the Kozy Bear House

We had an amazing stay at Jaime and Amy’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super cozy, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Jaime was incredibly responsive and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Amarillo area!

Let me just say that the just was great and accommodated in every way. Jaime thank you for all your help and all that you did to make this trip an excellent family weekend. The house was beautiful and peaceful is an understatement. When I say that y’all meet all the expectations of what a vacation spot should be like.

When I got there, everything was so nice and clean and organized. It felt so much like home. I felt so welcome me and my family come from out of town and it was just like we was at home. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and everything we needed was so close. And the next time that we are in Amarillo, we will definitely be looking forward to staying again.

As advertised

The accommodations were just as advertised and pictured. One note is that you are not able to use the garage, although pictured. It was a plus for us thinking we would be able to park overnight in the garage, but the area feels safe and is quiet so no issues even without use of the garage. The fenced backyard was also a plus since we were traveling with our dog. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. You get a nice house with plenty of space and in a good area for the money. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus.
