FLOOR 1

Family room area with a queen sofa sleeper, armchair, TV, full bathroom, private bedroom with queen bed and TV, washer/dryer, and a mini kitchenette with small refrigerator and sink, private rear patio with grill and seating area.



FLOOR 2

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Quality, upscale small appliances, dishes, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils and cookware. Half bath. Family room with queen sofa sleeper, two armchairs, TV, electric fireplace, mini wardrobe/game cabinet, and folding chairs for additional seating.



FLOOR 3

Luxury master bedroom/bath retreat with queen size bed, large cabinets and drawers, TV, wet bar, full bath including soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet.



LOFT

Three built-in twin beds. This unit is perfect for parents who prefer their young children nearby but do not desire to have their children in the same room. The loft is an extension of the master suite just a few steps away. There is not a door separating the loft from the bedroom but it still offers privacy. This is a small space and best suited for younger children. The loft is not considered a 3rd bedroom. There are 11 sleeping "options"- 8 guests max with children of all ages included as guests.
