East coast nautical for west coast comfort. "The Beach House at Lake Street" is in the heart of the lakeshore area and is a short distance from the vibrant Holland downtown. Only 3/4 mile away from Lake Michigan!

Floor 1
Family room area with a queen sofa sleeper, armchair, Tv, full bathroom, private bedroom with queen bed and Tv, washer/dryer, and a mini kitchenette with small refrigerator and sink, private rear patio with grill and seating area.

Floor 2
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Quality, upscale small appliances, dishes, flatware, stemware, cooking utensils and cookware. Half bath. Family room with queen sofa sleeper, two armchairs, Tv, electric fireplace, mini wardrobe/game cabinet, and folding chairs for additional seating.

Floor 3
Luxury master bedroom/bath retreat with queen size bed, large cabinets and drawers, Tv, wet bar, full bath including soaking tub, shower, and walk-in closet.

Loft
Three built-in twin beds. This unit is perfect for parents who prefer their young children nearby but do not desire to have their children in the same room. The loft is an extension of the master suite just a few steps away. There is not a door separating the loft from the bedroom but it still offers privacy. This is a small space and best suited for younger children. The loft is not considered a 3rd bedroom. There are 11 sleeping "options"- 8 guests max with children of all ages included as guests.

Included in your stay at The Beach House at Lake Street:

• 2 private bedrooms and a sleeping loft with 3 twin beds (best suited for children–not to be considered a third bedroom)
• 2 living areas with queen sleeper sofas (air coil mattresses for added comfort)

• Master bath with tub and shower (please note this is not a jetted tub)
• Fully equipped kitchen on the second floor (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances)

• Fully furnished, including high end linens, pool towels

Beach house

House was very clean, great location and amenities. The only negative was the top floor where 3 small bed are does not have any ac vents so bit warm to sleep. Also lots of stairs up 4 floors so would not be good if guests have difficulty with stairs.

Lovely stay in Holland

I stayed here with a group of my friends for the weekend and it was the perfect condo. The interior is beautiful and so spacious! We had a question about the ac our first night there and Erin was so quick with a response and they had someone come take a look at it the next day. It’s also in the perfect location being walking distance to the state park and a few different restaurants. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, we hope we can come back again soon for another great stay.

They are violating the ADA and discriminating and service animals. This is how management treated me and my service animal at their property. Aggressive, confrontational, and unapologetic in every way. This came after our first night, we’re not a single TV was working in the unit.
