This private guest house suite is attached to the main home. The host is next door and often available for in person requests or modifications. We do our best to stay quiet in the evenings, but just know that we do live here also. We are glad to have you! Our private guest house suite includes:

You may park on premises 🚗 using the FAR RIGHT SIDE of driveway only. Do not park on left side of driveway. Do not park in garage. You can also park on street next to house but do not block mailbox 📫 or driveway.

✅ Private Entrances
Separated from the rest of our home with a door 🚪 that stays locked. You have your own private exterior door on the front left of the house with keypad code door lock for keyless entry to come and go as you please. You can also use private side patio deck entrance with keypad code door lock located on left side of house. You will receive keypad 🔒 combination access in advance.

13 foot high ceiling, wood floor, ceiling fan, large rug, coffee table, books, large leather chair, floor lamp, Queen sofa pull out bed that converts from couch 🛋 to memory foam sleeper bed 🛏 (sleeps 2). Large 50 inch HD Roku Smart TV streaming television 📺 and sound bar with wireless subwoofer, entertainment console with family board games. 🎲

Private his and her full bathroom with tile floor, toilet 🚽 and vanity double sinks, laundry hamper, and large make up mirror. Large mirror 🪞 over 2 sinks and plenty of cabinet space that contains hair dryer, towels, toilet paper 🧻 and portable fan, basic toiletries, and other bathroom essentials. Walk in modern shower 🚿 with walls decorated with tile that includes shower head, handheld shower faucet, shelf with shampoo/conditioner/body soap wash 🧴 and full bench seating built into the wall.

Your safety matters. This property has an outdoor doorbell camera facing the front entry, a garage camera facing the driveway, a side camera facing the patio, and a side camera facing the fence. Cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Cameras actively record video and sound when motion is detected.
