Nice place - Quiet suburban location

Our check in was a little wonky. We got there right at posted check-in, 3 pm, and the nice cleaning person was still there and said she had at least 45 min to an hour left and said check in wasn’t until 4. We made the best of it snd went to a local brewery to visit but did not allow us the time at the fair we had hoped. The place itself was nice snd perfect for 2 couples, could have accommodated even more. It was well stocked. We wished we had searched the location more because it is a ways out from anything. You have to drive and/or Uber quite awhile to get to downtown or to the fairgrounds. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Very nice neighborhood / safe area . Extra nice having access to a 2 car garage . Communication with owner was great ! He brought extra towels quickly when we asked . Very easy check in . Clean with good AC However 
. Listing says it will sleep 10 people . King size bed in master ( for 2 ) 
 queen size bed in another room ( 2 ) and then 2 queen beds in the 3rd bedroom ( maybe 4 ) . I would say 6 people maximum for this location . Also needs more LR furniture if you are trying to accommodate more than 4 people . There is 1 couch & 1 chair and a bench under the window . Otherwise guests can sit at the dining table . Pay attention to the LR pictures because they are accurate . So this was totally my fault . Only the master bedroom has a TV . Other 2 bedrooms have very little furniture & it was hard to find a spot to put your suitcase / unpack your clothes .

Baseball Tournament stay

Excellent property. Quite, clean & in a great part of town. Host answered any and all questions quickly. Can't say enough good things about the trip. We would stay there again for sure.

Nice stay

Our stay was wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. We only did 4 stars on cleanliness because the garbage cans in the garage were full. Very nice stay will recommended to others

Great location for my needs.

The property was very nice overall. There were a couple of things that I had an issue with and that was, the cookware and lack of adult beverage glassware. Also, there was only one dishwasher pod for a 4 day stay. The skillets were so worn that I felt they were not usable. Outside of those few things, I would recommend staying there.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

We stayed at this property following a surgery. The property provided a clean, comfortable and convenient location to recover. It is close to the area medical facilities and grocery store. It is located in a nice, safe neighborhood and as an added bonus, is dog-friendly. There were plenty of grassy areas for dog walking. It was also great to have an attached garage.
