The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Great Condo

Great place to stay with teens

Location was perfect. Super easy to get to all the local attractions and restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly (we had missed printing part of our tickets and they had it done within 5 minutes of asking). We were there on a work trip with teens and the resort had everything they could imagine. Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful experience! The room was absolutely amazing. We had a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite(this was a lockout unit which was perfect for our family) Very clean and spacious. Our host Matt was very good at responding to my questions. The restaurant on site was very good. This resort is conveniently located to all area attractions. Will definitely stay here again!!

What a great stay at Wyngate Williamsburg! The unit we stayed in was spacious for our whole family. 6 adults and 2 small children. It was nice to each have our own bedroom and bathroom!!! Location was great and there were plenty of activities and amenities. Only small details and it would have been a 5 star review. There were holes in some of the towels and the living room furniture was not comfortable after a long day at the parks.

Perfect location for all things Williamsburg

Great place to stay, convenient to everything. Comfortable beds, all you need in a kitchen. Nice to have the complimentary arcade and mini golf. My teen loved it. Pack your patience and “no” face for check in sales pitch for timeshare. Took a solid 30 minutes, and my literal job is saying “no” for a living (Procurement.) Communication with owner was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

Great resort in a great location

This property was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and the 3 bedroom configuration was perfect for our large family. We also enjoyed being on the third floor and having a private balcony. The kids loved all of the activities at the resort and it was a nice reprieve after a long hot day of sightseeing. The resort is only 10 - 15 minutes from all that Williamsburg has to offer! Great stay! We hope to return next year.

Condo with lots of activities

We were here for a softball tournament weekend. We had the 3BR Lockout which suited our family of 7 well. The front desk was able to accommodate us by moving our reservation to a 1st floor unit. The put-put was fun. We did takeout from Sal's by Victor. Would love to come back and enjoy the pool, movies, etc. The only negative is the sales pitch at check-in.

Staff was friendly and courteous. The units need much update/remodel attention. Paint chips, stained carpet and furniture, shower leaks under wall-had to lay towels on floor, toilet leaked-had to shut off water and not use, appliances old. Not at all what we thought we were paying for. This is the first VRBO property that disappointed us. We will not return.

Ok, not great

Disappointed for sure. Owner was not honest about everything that was shut down. Most of the arcade games were out of order. There was no basketball court like the owner stated- instead a very old hoop with a broken chain like net.
