The Space:

This four bedroom, three bathroom Lake Tahoe rental cabin is the perfect vacation getaway. Featuring two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, this home has sufficient living space for larger parties. Upon entry, you make your way into the living room/dining room and kitchen areas. The deck is easily located, South facing off the back of the house. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and two bedrooms have twin beds. There are additional sleeping areas in the downstairs living quarters. Having the third bathroom gives extra convenience to guests, especially those with larger groups.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
