Lumineux et ensoleillé, gai et pratique, Catalpa Vista est une magnifique maison pour tout visiteur de savoir si à long terme ou juste pour une saison. Entièrement meublé, il dispose de confortables canapés, lits, et cuisine rénovée et salle de bains. Mobilier en bois, une pléthore d'accents Tahoe, et le placement de plaisir font de cette maison un refuge parfait. Vue sur le lac depuis les ponts, beaucoup de matin et après-midi soleil.
Petite chambre en bas à côté du salon avec un lit simple; grande chambre de la cuisine avec lit de reine de bois. Cheminée à bois, TV / DVD dans le salon. Nouvelle salle de bain en bas avec douche carrelée. Cuisine gastronomique. Table à manger pour 8. Laveuse et sécheuse de la cuisine.
A l'étage offre aire de jeux spacieuse dans la salle familiale avec une autre TV / DVD, baby-foot, et une table Ping Ping / Pool convertible et poêle à bois gaz. Chambre de maître avec un lit king, et une chambre avec lits superposés et un jumeau. Retrait canapé-lit dans la salle familiale à l'étage ainsi. L'art de mur d'amusement dans la cage d'escalier vous rappelle le cadre majestueux.
Près de grandes randonnées et pistes cyclables en été, le ski et des sentiers de raquettes en hiver. À pied du parc régional du Nord Tahoe. À seulement quelques minutes à Kings Beach; à proximité en voiture de Northstar-at-Tahoe et Brockway Golf Course.

Beautiful lake views from the upstairs game room. Great stocked kitchen for cooking. We had a lot of fun games around the dining room table. Close drive to grocery store and only 15 min to Northstar (pending traffic and road conditions of course). We have a calm dog who loves the snow, so it is always extra nice to find a dog friendly rental.

Very nice. Quite comfortable. May want to consider providing soaps, shampoos and extra towels for the bathrooms. Dish and dishwasher soaps for the kitchen. The ping pong table was great!!

Thank you for your 5 star review. We're so happy to know that you enjoyed Catalpa Vista! We apologize if supplies were lacking, but the rental agreement that you signed does advise that we no longer provide shampoo and body wash and that there is one set of towels provided for the maximum occupancy of the home (8 guests). We also ask that you notify us immediately if anything is missing or not up to par after you arrive at the property. We would have been happy to deliver soap, dish soap, etc. We have informed the housekeeper that she didn't leave out the necessary supplies and trust that she'll remember to do so in the future. We hope to host you again!

Tahoe Vista location was beautiful. This home was spacious and nicely updated. We had an unfortunate 2 day of power work being done directly in front of the unit which woke us up in the morning and left us without power for one entire day that included Jack hammering the entire day as well. The beds were old and not very comfortable and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We did have a wonderful time away from the unit and a couple of nice walks through the neighborhood once it was quiet. Nice location.

Many things wrong

Very deceiving pictures of the property. The kitchen faucet was broken. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The bathroom track of shower doors were very dirty. The whole house had a funky smell to it. Lots of the windows did not have locks or they were broken. The overall cleanness of the property I was not happy with the floors were dirty and sticky. Just not happy with how much I paid per night with how the property condition was upon our arrival to the property.

Mid week mini vacation

Family of four plus a friend each of our 18 & 21 year old boys. Plenty of room and nice location. Great spot for a large group. Pool table and ping pong were great addition to evening time.

3 day stay in snowy Tahoe

Staying in this property was a great family escape. We liked being in North Tahoe, away from all the traffic. Parking spot and path to porch had been shoveled but still very snowy. Steps on porch keep freezing over and we couldn't find any ice melt. We appreciated have fire wood available- built a fire the first night. Heat and gas fireplace upstairs worked great. We enjoyed having two separate living spaces to hang out and watch movies. Missed having any sort of cable/TV, not even local channels to check weather or news. Beds were ok. Master king bed was overly firm. Unfortunately the other large bed downstairs fell part when we tried to move it to get something that fell behind. That revealed that someone else's pet had peed on the bed skirt. (Our dog was not allowed in that room due to my DIL's allergies.) And the throw blanket on the bed reaked of urine too. All other bedding appeared to be ok. I would recommend the property mgt company look at cleaning company they use. There was hairs still in both showers and lots of cobwebs. They were cobwebs in both showers, from lampshades, all over master bedroom ceilings, etc. Was a little disconcerting to lay down in bed and see that above you head. Kitchen is well stocked with glasses, dishes, pans, etc. Nice having large fridge. The views from the top deck were amazing! We saw great sunrises and pics of the lake. We even got in a few good games of ping pong! We would recommend this property.

Spent a lot of time in the cabin, it was clean and cozy. Safeway is only 5 minutes away which made for an easy trip when we first got there. We found a dog park not too far away that the dogs got excited to go to in the morning. Would definitely go back!

Great place!

The place was perfect for the Fourth of July weekend with plenty of space. It was in a great location with easy access to good beaches. Check in was a little on the later side, but that was the only downside. It was very clean, and the overall renting experience was super easy!

Great stay

Our group of friends had a wonderful time staying at Catalpa Vista. We loved the lake views and convenient quick drive to North Star mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great dinners. We loved hanging out on the deck in the sunny weather. The only problem that we had was that the upstairs shower was pretty much clogged from the moment we turned the water on. The bathroom downstairs was great. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!
