Sabre Hill Farm house rental is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the relaxing sounds of nature. On the 25 acres you will find all the comforts of home on a farm with horses, goats and Mules. It is ideally positioned as home base for both indoor & outdoor activities including Derby & Horse Events, Golf and bourbon tours. Between activities unwind on the veranda or saltwater heated pool overlooking the horse paddocks. Animals are friendly and waiting for treats. Our farm is named after Sabre, our chestnut mare Quarter horse.
Since this is a working farm you may see us come and go from the barn and caring for the animals during your stay. Our horses are not for public use. You can book a horseback ride across the street at Redfern Riding Center.
Door Dash, Grub Hub and Instacart do deliver to the farm if you prefer a night in.

Highly recommended. The house was spacious and laid out well. Host was super helpful and responsive. Family enjoyed the goats and horses everyday. Will stay here again.

Our stay at Sabre Hill Farm was just the perfect fit for our group of girlfriends who were gathering together from around the country to celebrate a milestone birthday. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the beauty and serenity of the land. It's incredible to find such a retreat-like setting with the convenience of nearby stores/restaurants. The highlight, hands down, was getting to see the goats and horses living their best lives -- and even getting to spoil them a little with some treats that were provided. Watching the baby goats romp around and play, while we were lounging in the pool, was such a fun and unique experience. The house itself it spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the living space offers plenty of cozy seating and even a nice collection of games to play. The toiletries provided were high quality, and I loved that they were from one of the local businesses in the area. The pool is a great size, and plenty of beach towels are provided. We SO enjoyed the covered porch area nearby the pool -- what a great place to enjoy morning coffee and relax together during the evening! The host was helpful and responsive throughout our visit. We would absolutely LOVE to return to this little slice of heaven. This is an ideal spot for anyone looking to disconnect and relax!

Beautiful property. Very clean home with all the essentials and more! Andrea was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. The weather was great and we used the pool several times!The horses and goats are so sweet and very friendly.Would definitely stay again if we come to KY.
