Prime Location: Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment is only a short walk from University of Nebraska Medical Center, making it an excellent choice for medical professionals, patients, or family members needing easy access to healthcare services.
Cozy Living Space: Unwind in a well-designed living area that radiates comfort and relaxation. The king size bed offers a peaceful haven for restful nights. Sink into a comfortable king size bed and recharge for the adventures of the next day or work.

Car is best for exploring the whole city, however there are essentials within walking distance. Public transportation also close by!
Other Things to Note:
Tip for the keypad lock: As you are entering the numbers in you need to hear a beep after each # entered. If you don't hear the beep, the number is not recognized. The keypad will go to "sleep" after not being used so the first button you push may "wake up" the pad and then you will need to re-enter the full code again to hear beeps after all the #'s.
There is a Laundry room in the basement floor with coin operated machines. The code to the laundry room door is 3080.

Very clean, comfortable, near downtown, and well-stocked with items needed for a short stay. We parked a truck with a rooftop tent and bike rack - no issues in the parking lot and area feels very safe. There was one issue but the property manager was very quick to respond and resolved the issue. Great communication, would book again.
