Renovated with care in 2024, this house retains its unique character while offering modern comforts for a pleasant stay. Spanning 110 sqm, the house features an open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find one single, one double, and one triple bedroom, along with a second bathroom and two balconies. Enjoy the convenience of street parking and the proximity to Nafplio's historic center, where you can explore the city's rich history and vibrant culture. Whether you're relaxing indoors or soaking up the sun in the small outdoor area, our home provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay for your Nafplio getaway.

Great stay in Nafplio!

We had a very nice stay in this clean and well located property. Parking was no problem and the beautiful old town is just a short walk away. Nikos was a wonderful host and could not have been more helpful or attentive.

Excellent place to stay. On a quiet street, but a minute walk to some good restaurants. Also close to a lovely bakery (Central) as well as a supermarket. It's worth going to the farmers market and buying fresh prawns - they were fabulous. Old town is in easy reach. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed, and communication with the host was great.

House worked well for our family of 6. Appreciated all of the amenities. Kitchen was well-stocked. Owners provide clear guidance about where everything is located and how things work. We were there over Easter holiday weekend so parking was a little more challenging but we could always find someplace within a block or so. Street is narrow so a little challenging for a minivan. Nice walking distance to Old Town. It was a great home base for exploring Nafplio as well as the region - visited Epidaurus, Mycenae and Olympia while we were there.

With a short walk through Kolokotronis park, you will find yourself in the charming Old Town, where you can visit the attractions of the area, such as Bourtzi, the Archaeological and Folk Museum, Syntagmatos Square and Akronafplia. Within a short distance numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and bakeries await you. Additionally, every Wednesday and Saturday, there is the local market of Nafplio right next to the house, offering fresh fish, fruits, vegetables, and local delicacies. Lastly, there is an ATM nearby for your convenience.
