Welcome to The Palms Beach House, a luxurious 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom cottage, steps from Grand Bend's Main Beach and The Strip. This brand new, modern retreat boasts two kitchens, three family rooms, and ample space for large families. As you step inside, you'll be transported to a serene oasis, complete with a private backyard, 2 tiered deck & fire pit area, with a serene ambiance that will make you forget you're still in Ontario - the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure awaits!

The first floor features a large family room with a queen pullout sofa bed & a queen size Murphy wall bed, a king bedroom, large full bathroom with double sink, and laundry.

The second level has another family room, gourmet kitchen and dining area. There are also 3 bedrooms on the second level, a king with full ensuite bathroom, a room with two twins, and a room with a queen. Off of the kitchen is the backyard oasis with a BBQ, outdoor dining table, seating area, and fire pit area!

On the third level there is a large family room open concept to the dining, second kitchen area, and the beautiful 3rd floor patio with outdoor seating and a 2nd BBQ! 3 bedrooms including a primary king room, with full ensuite bathroom, another king room, and a queen room. On this level there is the 5th full bathroom as well as a second laundry area.

Guests will have access to the entire cottage! The two units of this property are combined through a door in the upper level entry area.

5 parking spots (including 1 in garage with EV charger).

Guests must be over the age of 25 to book.

Quiet time is between the hours of 11pm-9am.

Onsite parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests must adhere to the 16 guest maximum (including visitors). We ask that you be respectful of our neighbours and kindly treat our home as you would your own. We wish you a truly memorable stay at The Palms Beach House!
