Lagunita is located in popular Laguna San Luis. Rent a golf cart and have it delivered, as it is a great way to explore the area. Come and enjoy gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset with family and friends on the covered deck. A large outdoor dining table will provide a space for evening meals with loved ones.

This three bedroom 2 full bath home has updated, modern décor as well as quality, comfy beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have 2 queen size beds and a shared full bath with a fantastic shower.

Those who love to prepare meals will take pleasure in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with seating at the island and dining table. The spacious, well-appointed living area, makes for a wonderful place to gather.

HOUSE RULES:

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

Community Rules & Fines (Required by HOA)
To help maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, the community enforces the following rules. Fines may be issued for violations:
Garbage & Trash: $25 per incident or per garbage bin, per day, if trash is not disposed of properly after notice.
Parking: $50 per vehicle per day for any parking violations not corrected within 24 hours. Repeat violations may incur immediate fines.
Noise: $250 per incident for violations of the City of Galveston Noise Ordinance.
Fireworks: $250 per incident for setting off fireworks within the Laguna or Playa subdivisions.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
