How in good conscience anyone would list this "floating oasis" as great or stunning is irreprehensibl Was no safe way of accessing the boat for five 65-68 yr. old women. No ramp to access. Needed to jump from a plastic two step stool onto a ledge and pull yourself up ladder to get on deck. If you would unfortunately slip or lose your grip you would be in the water. Received check-in instructions upon arrival. Which completely put a damper on our trip right from the get go. Instructions indicated all the hoses and wires that needed hooked up??? Then of all things the bathroom instructions for only "#1's NO #2'S. Were given codes for bathroom at Marina office which was a considerable distance from the boat. I can tell you if these details were listed in posting of boat we would have never booked. In fact we went to the Marina office and spoke to the owner looking for the location of the boat slip. "Pete" was in shock when we told him that we had booked this for the weekend. His immediate response was "you ladies will never be able to get on that boat." He also gave several other negative details that were shocking. After contacting VRBO and speaking to representative multiple times they attempted to contact owner of the boat multiple times. Owner wouldnt respond. VRBO representative advised to dispute charge with bank. We tried to reach her email & actually responded and we explained our issue requesting refund. She said we had to go VRBO. AS OF TODAY DENIED! Nevr got on boat

Husband & I stayed during the Annapolis boat show to get a feel for what living on a yacht would be like for our year Great Loop adventure and to see what boat features would be important to us when buying. This stay suited us perfectly and Kate’s communication with us with very quick. A minor mechanical issue was handled super quick. The inside boat has been redone beautifully with some work in progress that did not hinder our stay. the host has good taste and we were very comfortable. Details of several types of pillow choices, hot water for tea or French press for coffee are appreciated. The outside of the boat needs a cleaning. It was less than ideal for sitting outside for the most amazing sunsets right in front of boat, but a quick walk to beach solved it. Onsite marina restaurant/bar was great. Had our sports games , super friendly locals were very welcoming, poured a good drink and food was delicious. I think clear communication with host to set proper expectations for your stay and you will have a terrific time as we did.

The host was very welcoming however the boat had a very strong smell that was not bearable. You are also not allowed to poop on the boat. This was not clear in advertisement. The facilities are somewhat close.

My husband and I had never before stayed in a "floating condo", and we loved it! The yacht was comfortable, impeccably decorated, and equipped with every single thing necessary for our 3-night stay...Of course, the glorious mid-October weather and beautiful Chesapeake Bay Kent Island marina view elevated the experience to a Wow, Wow, WOW!

The day of check in the reservation was canceled by owner

We were at the boat and I called the owner. She said she needed to make sure the cleaners were done. Then she called back and said that there was a double booking. This is after we had fully paid and she had communicated several times including her sending detailed instructions on the unit.

The Captain is located on the bay on Kent Island. It has the most stunning views and has a fantastic restaurant steps from the boat. There is also a private beach steps from the boat. The beach attached to the restaurant has a very fun tiki car with great cocktails and bar food. Cabanas on the beach to watch the sunset. Historical Annapolis is close by with a 15 min drive. Tons of restaurants and shops

A unique opportunity to experience boat and marina life. The best views of the bay. Get rocked to sleep at night by the swaying of the bay.
