~~Hot Tub~ When you book this home the hot tub comes with it free of charge with the nightly rate. Please note it can take a while for the hot tub to warm up. All we ask is that you please take care of the hot tub, and be responsible, especially with your children and pets. Above all else we want our guests to have fun with safety as the number one priority
~ ~Pets~ 2 Pets are allowed but please make sure they are always supervised in the backyard or the home. We want them to be safe as well as our home!


~Cameras~~ There are cameras on all sides of the home for the safety of our guests and our home. This includes in the patio area where the outdoor seats and hot spa are located. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to let us know!!
Minut Noise Monitor~~ A Minut Noise Monitor is in the home and it does not record any audio but it does have a decibel reader to allow us to know if very excessive noise is occurring at the home that might indicate a large party And that our quiet hours are being respected.

Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed, one sofa bed 3. Bedroom 3: One queen bed, one sofa bed 2.Bathroom 2 (full bath): not attached to any bedrooms 4. Bedroom 4: Two bunk beds: one with two single beds. One single bed and queen bunk bed. Bathroom 3: A full bathroom in the center of the home. Everything in this home is brand new! We look forward to hosting guests at our new luxury Downtown Family home!


This home is in a working-class neighborhood so some homes may seem old. It is however a very lively neighborhood with some of the best people we have ever had the pleasure of being our friends and neighbors in the community that we proudly host our guests, family, and friends in!
