Area was very bad and did not feel safe. VRBO billed as a suite and the picture shown looked decent. It is not any where close to the picture and completely misrepresenting themselves. It was a roach motel essentially. I booked it because they said they had a 2 bedroom suite available and then they called and said they didn’t have it and I could get their deluxe single room. The room was dirty, the bed was bad, the lighting was not good and the shower tub had bugs and roaches in there. I’m not way was this satisfying and way overcharged when they really played the bait and switch with the 2-bedroom vs single bedroom unit. I would request 50% off of the price which is still too much.

I know it's only a 2 star hotel, but cleanliness should be a priority. There were so many stains in the carpet. Both in the lobby and the hotel room, it smelled like somebody put a lot of effort in to try to clean out the smell of years of cigarette smoking. There was also a very loud noise that would go off for 45 seconds at a time all night long. We ended up checking out after the first night and booking a different hotel. When we complained about the smell and cleanliness, the person at the front desk stated that they went to the room and didn't smell anything or see any issues. They ended up giving us a 40% discount on the night that we canceled.

Disgusting, Deceptive, and Completely Unacceptable

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos online are completely misleading — this place is rundown, filthy, and appears to have been mostly neglected for years. The only elevator was broken (and clearly has been for a while), forcing guests to lug luggage up multiple staircases with no offer of help. Zero rooms were ADA accessible. The room reeked of mold and mildew the second we walked in. We immediately brought it up to the front desk, who gave a weak excuse about the sprinklers being flushed and claimed they had windows open to air it out. It still stank the next morning — so badly that you could smell it from outside the room. It was unbearable, and we made the decision to leave early. When we asked for a refund, staff flat-out refused stating we would need to contact VRBO and insisted they “didn’t smell anything” and had no other rooms. Unbelievable.Inside, the room was in a state of disrepair. Mold in the bathroom, exposed wiring, an exhaust fan so loud it could be heard from outside, broken cabinet doors, and zero maintenance. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the layout made no sense — to use the bathroom from the second bedroom, you have to walk through the first. Basic comfort and safety standards were completely ignored.This hotel is a health hazard and a scam. It should not be operating in its current state. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
