Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. Check in times are generally from 4pm-10pm, please update us on any deviations from this schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Thornton Creek winds through the trees directly behind the property, creating a rare natural setting in the heart of North Seattle. Enjoy morning coffee beside the water, watch for birds and local wildlife, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings all while staying close to the best of Seattle.

As evening arrives, string lights glow among the trees. Gather around the fire pit, enjoy dinner from the BBQ, or relax outdoors with the sound of the creek nearby. It’s a true Pacific Northwest experience without leaving the city.

Designed to Feel Like Home

This private, single-level 3BR home offers comfortable spaces for relaxing, working and spending time together.

The living room features warm natural wood accents and comfortable seating, along with a 60" TV, record player and sound system, PS4 (upon request), DVDs, books and board games. Whether settling in for a movie or enjoying music by the fire, there’s plenty to make evenings at home enjoyable.


Fully Equipped Kitchen & Coffee Bar

The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking, with ample counter space and the essentials needed to prepare meals at home. A dedicated coffee bar makes mornings easy, while the dining table seats six for meals, games and conversation.


Three Comfortable Queen Bedrooms

The home sleeps up to six guests in three queen bedrooms, each with its own tree-inspired design.

Each bedroom includes a memory foam hybrid mattress, blackout curtains, Smart TV, sound machine, phone chargers and clothing storage. Robes, hair dryers and makeup mirrors add extra convenience.

One bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace with office supplies and a second computer monitor available upon request.



Full Bathroom

The shared bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, well-lit vanity and essential toiletries.


Outdoor Living Along Thornton Creek

The outdoor setting is one of the highlights of the property. Follow the path toward the creek, gather around the fire pit beneath the string lights, enjoy the covered BBQ and dining area, or use the forest platform for yoga, stretching or a quiet moment among the trees.

The fully fenced backyard and creek area are shared with the upper home, while your covered BBQ patio and outdoor living space are private.

Air conditioning, heating and portable fans keep the home comfortable year-round. Super-fast WiFi supports streaming and remote work, and a full-size washer and dryer with supplies makes longer stays easy.

The home is entirely single-level with no interior stairs.

Family & Pet Friendly

Families will find a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, children’s books, toys and games.


Dogs are welcome with prior approval, and the fully fenced outdoor space provides convenient room for fresh-air breaks.

This private 3BR lower-level home is part of a thoughtfully renovated duplex, with its own entrance, covered BBQ patio and outdoor space. The fully fenced backyard, Thornton Creek and fire pit are shared with the upper home, with plenty of room for kids and dogs to enjoy.

Comforts of Home
We’ve designed the home for an easy, comfortable stay, whether you’re here for a weekend or several weeks. Accessibility features—including a wheelchair ramp, shower chair, toilet riser and grab bars—are available with advance notice.

A Natural Creekside Setting
Mature trees and Thornton Creek create a beautiful urban nature setting, which also means you may occasionally encounter wildlife or insects. Professional, environmentally friendly pest control is provided monthly.


Safety & Security
Exterior cameras monitor entrances and parking areas only—there are no cameras inside the home. Noise, smoke and occupancy monitoring devices are also used to help protect our guests, neighbors and property.

Guest Verification
Within 24 hours of booking, guests must complete our Pre-Arrival Form, electronically sign the Rental Agreement and complete identity verification.

Same-day reservations require a government-issued photo ID, matching credit card and a photo/selfie with the ID.


30+ Day Stays
Stays of 30+ days require a lease and refundable deposit. Rates may vary based on lease terms, season and length of stay.
