Fall In Love With Portland!

Hello VRBO travelers and guests! Please read the many positive reviews that we have and how our unit has been wonderful for families visiting Portland. We have operated our VRBOs for 10 years and our reviews of cleanliness have always been positive. Our internet is provided and serviced by Spectrum (cable). Since the issue was reported by this guest, we replaced all equipment! Spectrum has since confirmed strong connectivity with internet speeds showing 565 Mbps which is very good. For the routine maintenance items, all lighting has been replaced (an easy task when we know!) and we have contracted a painter to freshen up the space. As hosts, we care deeply about reviews and our guest experiences. We consider this an outlier to our many years and hundreds of positive reviews. Hello VRBO travelers and guests! We always look to see the good in our role as hosts, Unfortunately, this guest was dishonest from the start when they arrived with 4 guests and their reservation was for 2 guests. Still, we take the guest comments seriously and commit to making well on them. We always strive for the best in terms of listing accuracy, cleanliness, amenities, experience and customer service. Please read the many positive reviews that we have. We have operated our VRBOs for 10 years and our reviews of cleanliness have always been positive. Cleanliness is one of the more difficult things to solve for person to person and group to group. We have had the same cleaners for 10 years and we pride our selves on many positive reviews for their hard work. What was left out of the review is that we asked the cleaners to come back to the property to clean the unit during the guests stay. We did so to address the cleanliness concerns and do so real time. There were clothes left and sometimes, even with hotels, this happens. Most times, nothing is said by the guests and we simply remove them from the unit. Our units are protected by keypad access and they we are in one of the safest neighborhoods in Portland. Our shower is a claw foot tub and we've never had a fall reported!
