David was a great host. Very quick and communicative throughout the process! Having a car was a bit tricky because there’s only street parking only, so we had to plan our day around getting back at a certain time to make sure we got a spot, but generally we were able to park close to the property.The space was older than we expected and the staircase leading up to the apartment was a bit dark and tight, but overall the apartment itself was clean and had the amenities we needed for our stay. Linens were clean and bedding/pillows were very comfortable.

We really loved the space and the location! We had to use the back stairwell due to construction and it could be a bit dark at night. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manage for our entire stay. When we first arrived, half of the apartment smelled like sewage but once we realized it was from the bathroom we were able to isolate it just to there. But with there being only one bathroom we had to endure the smell every time we went in. Besides this, it was a great stay with our dog.

The communication was excellent. The property was as advertised. It would have been nice to have more dish ware and coffee cups, as well as another bathroom. The property was within walking distance to downtown, which was great! Parking was definitely an issue. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Lots of space

Lots of space with 3 bedrooms, huge living room, dining room, and well equipped kitchen. Was a perfect home base for a friends weekend in Portland! Super walkable to most things in Portland!

This is a beautiful apartment in a neighborhood that made us feel immediately at home. Lots of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance, and very close to the airport for our (sad!) departure from Maine.

Clean and comfortable stay within walking distance of many classic Portland attractions.

The house is in a great location and once we got there we hardly used the car. The host was quick to respond to any questions and sent our check in information in a timely manner. I stayed with my family of 5 and we all slept comfortably and had plenty of space to cook and play games.

Few days in Portlan

Our stay was great. The host was quick to respond when we checked in and there was a breaker off. It was very hot and half the place had no power. The issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Overall the stay was great and I would recommend to others.

Nice place. Convenient to downtown. The owners were easy to communicate with. Just beware that the kitchen does not have dishes or cookware. I.e. only two coffee cups. It worked for us, but might not for everyone.

Parkside Portland

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Large living room, with good lighting. Clean and stocked with everything we needed. Corresponding with property manager was extremely easy and straightforward.
