The Space:
We allow up to 16 people but the guest must decide if the space will be comfortable for their group. Each group is different.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor with one of them having a private bathroom. There is a common space half bath on the first floor.

Two bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the core of Bates Hendricks, guests have the convenience to either walk or drive to numerous local stores and dining options in both Bates Hendricks and the adjacent Fountain Square. You will here cars passing and the occasional siren just like any other downtown neighborhood

Being just a swift 5-minute drive from downtown's epicenter, Bates Hendricks presents travelers with a genuine glimpse of Indianapolis's local ambiance!

Cheap Uber anywhere downtown or a quick scooter. Walk one block to grab Ice Cream
