Beware, not full disclosure & smells
Pictures accurately depict the rooms, but I reached out 24 hours prior about how to access the property. Quick response with steps and thatâs when the host nonchalantly mentioned property was a trailer, not a house. Thereâs no indication that this property is a trailer anywhere in the description. But host seemed proud of 3 year renovations they did. Arrived to property and trailer looks quite old, run down on the outside. Dirt path to the front door. The front door is dead bolted but flimsy typical trailer front door and my immediate thought was this could easily be broken into. It was not a good feeling. Once I entered the trailer, I was immediately taken back by a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. I start to check out the space, thereâs a curtain off the living room area and a step down to an enclosed âpatioâ area, that will be important later. I continue to look around and notice the pictures coming together from the description BUT again never indicated it was a trailer. Odor is in every room but the bathroom. In bathroom thereâs a used toothpaste tube on the counter, yuck! I start to realize Iâm canât breathe from the pungent odor, my guess previous owner smoked, it was the kind of smell that will never go away, despite 2 air conditioners running. I reached out to host. Claims cleaning service didnât smell smoke and smoking isnât allowed except for the patio, the area separated by Curtain to main space! The patio was gross, no pics of that. No other reviews either.
