This property that we stayed at my family and I couldn't have been happier it was extremely clean well stocked and a great area check and check out was absolutely easy the owner was very communicative and it was literally five to 10 minutes down the road from Fort Jackson for my son's graduation can't recommend it enough love this place and loved Ryan he was great

We were in the area for our son's Army BCT graduation. This house worked perfect for us. It's only 8-10 minutes away from Gate 2. Ryan was quick to respond to my questions and was friendly.

We highly recommend this house. From the moment we opened the front door, we have been impressed. The decor was thoughfully selected, attractive and comfortable , with everything we could need including spices and laundry soap. The location is outstanding, with easy access to downtown, USC, and within walking distance to Starbucks (1.25 miles and my personal favorite) and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the sounds of churchbells during the day.The communication with Ryan, the host, has also been outstanding - quick and helpful. Do not hesitate to rent this if a two bedroom, one bathroom meets your needs.

I would definitely stay here again when I visit Columbia. The property is located in a great area of Forest Acres and is conveniently close to shopping, the interstate, excellent restaurants, other everyday conveniences, and Fort Jackson.I was especially impressed that the property looked exactly like the photos and matched the VRBO listing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with all the amenities and conveniences needed for a comfortable short stay.The host was very communicative, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this property and would gladly book it again.
