Relax and Retreat four bedroom home

Relax-N-Retreat is a four-bedroom home that sleeps ten and is nestled in the beautiful hills of London, KY.  On the main level there is a master suite with a king bed and a private bath, another bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, a cozy living area, and a kitchen stocked with the basics for your cooking and baking needs.  In the lower level there are two bedrooms with queen beds, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom.  There is an expansive deck to relax and unwind on and firepit area so you can enjoy the outdoors and connect with your loved one around a campfire.  Make this beautiful home your next getaway.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

Beautiful house out in the country

Very nice house, out in the country. Basement bedrooms with no windows. And no TV's in the house. Wonderful retreat style house. Would stay again in the future.

Beautiful, large, private home with all amenities

We had an amazing five night stay while visiting family in Kentucky. The home is huge and fully furnished with everything you need! Lots of towels in both bathrooms and tons of extras in the kitchen and around the home. The home was clean, property was absolutely beautiful up on the hill in a serene and private location. There was a fire pit with a stack of wood for us to use. That was so nice! Our kids had a great time playing upstairs and downstairs. We really appreciated staying at a home with a basement because I’m not a fan of storms! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend!!

This has probably been our favorite place thus far for celebrating our extended family Christmas. I often find it difficult to locate a large enough home that is handicap accessible and reasonably priced. We have a family member in a wheelchair and the spaces were wide enough for easy maneuverability.I really appreciated how well stocked the home was! Often I have to bring many kitchen necessities with me, but I didn’t need a single item. There were enough cooking utensils , pots and pans, dishes, serving bowls, and even spices! Also there were enough paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper for the size group we had!Communication with the host was easy and I received a response in a timely manner.Overall, this stay was excellent! Thank you!

Everything was nice and clean. No TVs, which was fine for us, but at least one in the living room would have been a good idea, especially for families with children. The property was nice and secluded, which we liked, but it is several miles to London. We had some initial confusion about the door code. It didn’t work and we had trouble reaching someone with the property, but we eventually did.
