This bright, airy cabin combines organic modern design with rustic charm, offering an inviting atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor exploration. The open-concept layout is designed to fill your stay with natural light, while the stunning kitchen—equipped with high-end appliances, a Keurig, and everything you need to prepare hearty winter meals—will inspire your inner chef. Enjoy your meals at the spacious dining table or head outside for al fresco dining on the private patio, where you can enjoy a warm, home-cooked dinner by the BBQ grill.
The upstairs features two comfortable, spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, a serene, cozy ambiance, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom is ideal for family or friends, featuring soaring ceilings, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring ultimate privacy.
Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the shared front porch, where you can watch the snow fall gently from the canopy of trees, or unwind in the evening by the community fire pit or hot tubs—perfect for stargazing after a day of skiing or snowshoeing.

THE HIGHLIGHTS:
• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• Newly updated cabin!
• 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (jetted tubs in both en-suite bathrooms)
• Master bedroom offers a KING BED
• Guest bedroom offers a QUEEN over QUEEN BUNK BED
• 2-story townhome (bedrooms on second floor)
• Shared front porch with small seating area (2 chairs) where you can hear the babbling creek
• Private patio with BBQ off the living room
• 2 community hot tubs and a fire pit nearby (no glass containers of any kind are permitted at the hot tubs and no smoking is permitted within 50 feet of any building)
• Single-car garage and first come, first serve guest parking
• Conveniently located equipment storage next to garage door
• Stacked LG washer and dryer
• Gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15) and smart TV in living room
• Conveniently located powder room off the living area
• Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, and full stainless steel appliance suite
• Seating for 6 at the dining table with 4 extra seats at the bar
• Flat screen TVs with connected Roku’s in both bedrooms
• High-speed internet, Wifi, and cable (only on living room TV)
• Board games to play as a family
• Quiet location at the base of Canyons Village (about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the Cabriolet gondola)
• Access to free Park City transit within walking distance (bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away)

In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
