Bedrooms 2 and 3 on this floor offer comfortable accommodations, while an additional seating area/game room with a wet bar provides entertainment and relaxation. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, once we finally got someone to respond about the a/c units being offline. The water views are stunning and proximity to the beach is fantastic. Be warned: If you are not in shape, have health issues, or are elderly, this may not be the place for you. There are a LOT of stairs and the main living is on the third floor. There is NO lift - which means lots of trips up long flights of stairs. Other than that, it truly is a fabulous property. Only con: The management company is impossible to reach by phone and email response had a 24 hour delay, but we did get everything fixed and were able to enjoy our family gathering. Oh - and the house will sleep 10 comfortably, 14 if you put two people in each of the full size bunks.

Great location and beautiful home

This beautiful home is in a great location and easy to get to the beach. Home was very clean! Be aware that the bedroom layout descriptions do not match the home (the photos match the actual layout). Our only complaint is the property management response was very slow, or non existent. When we asked what the actual bedroom layouts were we got 2 different answers that didn't match the property.
