Il y en a pour tous les goĂ»ts alors venez vous amuser dans la belle Ăźle au trĂ©sor! Les levers et couchers de soleil sont Ă  couper le souffle. Le quartier est calme et cette maison offre des porches enveloppants avec vue sur la plage et la baie. Cet endroit est idĂ©al pour la pĂȘche et Ă  2 minutes de la plage. Notre maison se trouve au bout d'un canal avec un bordereau de bateau disponible pendant votre sĂ©jour. Notre maison peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes confortablement. Il est Ă  environ 30 minutes des attractions Moody Gardens et Galveston. Il y a une entrĂ©e de plage privĂ©e pour Treasure Island situĂ© sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la plage du quartier. Il y a aussi une aire de jeux publique pour les kiddos situĂ©s Ă  une courte distance du col de San Luis!

We stayed at this cute little beach house for 3 nights. Property owner was very quick to respond with any questions I had. House was clean and check in was super easy!

Review of vrbo stay

Nice cozy little house, had trouble getting the rental agreement to owner who was short in conversation, key code we were given was wrong so had to contact owners as soon as we got there and wait for correct code. Other than that house was just as advertised and expected. Affordable cozy and clean! Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back

Amazing

It was an adorable place with a really nice neighborhood. The beach was so nice and close entrance to minimal crowd with a shallow area where the kids could play safely in the ocean. My husband caught a sheepshead right from the beach. We enjoyed the lasting hot water in the shower and the comfortable beds in this house. Easy clean up with the tile floors and relaxing big porch with a swing. It’s a perfect place for an affordable vacation.

Enjoyable family weekend

Great location right by the beach, very cozy house, nice place to fish and chill. When we arrived the cleaning person hadn’t taken the previous bedding out of the bathtub. I texted the property owner which responded very quickly despite being so late at night. They was very concerned stayed in contact and refunded us the cleaning fee and one’s night stay plus had the cleaning person come out the next morning to clean the bathroom. I would most definitely rent from them again. Thank you Kerri and Josh be blessed.

Nice, quiet neighborhood and quick access to beach

Overall great property. Easy check in, very responsive owner, and pictures are accurate. What you see is truly what you get. You need to make sure to bring everything they tell you so don’t think they’re just kidding lol. If there is WiFi we couldn’t find the info and quite frankly didn’t matter because we wanted to be outside but there is a roku and we couldn’t use it. Not a big deal for us. Some of the sheets were pretty stained and we found a cigarette butt in the bunk bed when we arrived from the previous guest. It’s definitely the most expensive Vrbo I’ve stayed in around this area for the size of the house but I brought a side by side and left it and my trailer in the driveway while we drove around town and to the beach. Safe, quiet neighborhood and the neighbors kept a good eye on things and even helped me out when I needed it. If you’re not familiar with the area just know you’re a good drive away from a store so prepare but the beauty of it is you’re far away from the crowds too.

We arrived and the AC was out; contacted the owner and she was able to get next day service for repairs. She was very accessible and even offered a late check out time for the inconvenience.

Stay was nice

Everything was good, nice location , small and cozy. But checking in was a hassle. I wouldn’t mind if the instructions were updated. But we spent a good amount time of our time looking for a red valve to turn the water on when it was a blue valve. Another problem we had was the chair. There was two old chair that had leather peeling off so we spent most of our time cleaning the peeling leather so my baby wouldn’t put it in his mouth. Other than that everything else was good. Love the location.

I'll be going back for sure

I've stayed on San Luis pass before and at surfside and have had bigger houses but this one was my favorite so far. Nice and cozy and big decks. Will definitely be going back . The owner was great. She was very easy to contact and replied very quick. Not to mention she was very nice. I took my boat to this house and was very happy with being able to stow my boat on the lift and able to wash it down after going out . I've talked about this place to a few friends and they are very interested in renting this place out. Had a great time and definitely going back again.

Great Experience!

This house is perfect for our family vacation with great amenities provided by our host, Kerri! She was responsive to my questions and addressed them quickly. Waking up to peace and quietness with beautiful sunrise and sunset was icing on the cake! The neighbors are all welcoming and friendly! Overall great place and experience! Highly recommend.
