Abordable, grand condo qui est confortable, proche de l'ascenseur, du centre-ville, un grand parking.

Remarque: la piscine et le bain à remous sont fermés du 22 avril au 25 mai 2019. Spacieux condo haut de gamme situé dans une zone boisée. C’est à 5 minutes à pied de l’ascenseur Quicksilver 6, de la ville et des sentiers. Le condo est un endroit idéal pour les familles nombreuses, les groupes ou 2 familles. L'unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes confortablement. Le condo a plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Le condo est adjacent à un complexe de piscine flambant neuf (décembre 2018). Le complexe de condos est équipé d'un sauna, d'une buanderie et d'un grand parking (nous fournissons la carte de stationnement). WiFi gratuit et télévision par satellite. Le condo est sur la route Breckenridge Free Ride qui vous mènera à toutes les remontées mécaniques et la télécabine, au centre-ville, ou des connexions avec la Free Summit Stage qui reliera d'autres domaines skiables; Keystone, A-Basin et Copper Mountain. Le condo est un endroit idéal pour se détendre sur le canapé devant un feu de cheminée, lire un bon livre ou jouer à des jeux avec la famille.

Awesome weekend away in the mountains

We had a fantastic time. The condo was the perfect size for my friends and I. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay again.

Nice property and everything in good working order. Only buzz kill was the hot tub and pool were closed and we didn’t know that. Would stay here again.

Great stay

Great stay for a group of 6 friends if you don’t mind sleeping in bunk beds. Worked for us. Quick 5 min walk to the quicksilver lift. Hot tub is right next door, but is shared and was very crowded. Cozy place and would definitely stay there again.

Great location

My family and I along with a our friends had a great time staying at the condo. Having 5 kids so close to the lifts/ski school came in clutch! We did have to cut the vacation short due to a family emergency but still would 100% recommend staying here every stay at Breckenridge!

Spring Break 2025

The location was perfect for skiing and enjoying the town of Breckenridge. Parking was good for a full size truck and full size SUV (2 families). The condo was a good size for 8 people. Only negative was the hall bathroom was a little small for a family of 4 to use daily.

Great location and space for 7 skiers!

We are a family of five, and two of our children took friends. The space was ideal for our group. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the convenience of being close to the Village and Downtown. Everything went smoothly and we had a great stay!

Amenities were in good condition. Some basic maintenance needs to be done. Some electrical outlets need to be changed. Master bath sink needs to drain better. Filters on Humidifiers need to be changed. But over all good.

Quick ski trip

We had 6 adult people and the stay was supper comfortable. Everyone had their own beds and plenty of room. Walk to the chair lifts were about 150 yards. So easy in and out. Super easy check in and out. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay and a wonderful host! Any small issue we ran into, there was an immediate response and fix. The condo is super clean! Dated and older, but very very clean. Comfy beds. We walked into town every day. It’s super convienant to town. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

This was a BEAUTIFUL condo for our big family ! Perfect location and super close to the downtown area. It's on the 3rd floor so lots of footwork. The kids loved it and everyone had space - it was just perfect !

Nice condo. Very comfortable place to hang out. The spiral staircase to the lofted bunk bed room is a bit exciting. The dishes are hilariously high up.

Everything was good. We enjoyed our stay. In fact, the only tiny issue was we could not find the code to the dumpster in the unit. But we were able to call the front desk to get it. Overall we are very happy with the experience.

Fun place with friends

Great place for a large group. Two bathrooms. One in the hallway everyone can share. The bunk room is lofted with no wall so you can hear everything in the kitchen/livingroom and the bunks were loud when you got in so not great for a light sleeper but great for our group. Loved the kitchen layout and balcony. Management was very responsive and super easy door code to get in. Would definitely come back!

Easy check in process and plenty of amenities

Condo was fantastic. Easy check process. Super convenient location, only a 5-7min walk to the lift. Out group barely had to drive anywhere, it was all within walking distance. Only warning to future tenants is that the loft gets pretty toasty, so ease up on the heaters as just an FYI if you have people sleeping up there, they had to shut off the heaters up there and turn the ones in the living area away down. But everything else is perfect! Great place and experience.

Great location, cozy condo

This condo is in a perfect location to the slopes! It was an easy walk to the Village Ski School and Quicksilver lift. It was so easy in fact, our 3 and 5 year old walked to and from ski school with us, even tired after a long day!! While the condo itself needs some updating, for the price it was great and still cozy. Keep in mind it's on the third floor of the building but it's in the same building as the laundry (bring lots of quarters $1.75 for wash and $1.50 for dryer). The pool and hit tubs are also close by! We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!

Alison... thanks so much for your comments. We (Carolyn, Pat, Al) are very happy your family had a great time there. We have owned it since 1985 and all of our children and grandchildren are making memories there. Three years ago there was a total redo of the complex...$$$$. energy efficient doors, windows, and updated siding....yeah! Since then we have added new window coverings, new paint job and colors, new floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, new range, dishwasher, and 2 new flat screen TVs in the bedrooms...next on our bucket list is a vented gas fireplace, new cabinets, and carpet...... You do need some quarters for the laundry....one day I guess they will have cc swipes.... the good news is the machines are big commercial grade top loaders and take big loads....

Large condo

There was plenty of room for our family and we had more people over from our extended family for meals from other condos. The floors are very thin and we had the people down stairs complain about our kids walking around. The condo was not very clean and needs an update. Very outdated cabinets and kitchen. The beds were not very comfortable. The price was a good value.

Dear Bridget, Thank you so much for your comments. It helps us improve the condo for the guests that choose stay at our place. We have had the condo since 1985 and try to keep the cost reasonable for large families and groups. We are a family of 7 grown children and 12 grandchildren so we have had our share of noisy kids and sometimes they do not walk. Over the years we have had very few complaints from the people under us about noise from us or people who lease the condo. We tried the beds in the fall of 2014 and to us they seemed comfortable, however, after a hard day on the slopes you need an extra comfortable bed . We have put Marriott pillow tops on all the beds to ensure comfort..... hope to see you back. Al, Pat, and Carolyn

The condo is owned by two sisters and has been a joy in their lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren. The families use the condo from time to time but is honored to share it with others when the unit is vacant. Between the two sisters there are nine children and seventeen grandchildren. That is why the condo is booked up in the summer.... for kids and grandkids.
