Relax in either of the inviting living areas, both furnished with stylish seating and adorned with modern decor. Unwind after a day of exploration and let the designer touches envelop you.

â Modern Decor: Enjoy the curated ambiance created by the contemporary furnishings.

â Office: This room has a comfortable sleeper sofa accommodating 2 adults.

â Bocce Court: This is a new addition to the home - have a fun game for everyone to play.
â Hot tub: This sunken hot tub is easy to get in and out of and can be used all year round.
â Pool: This unheated pool is wonderful for a cool swim during the hotter months of the year. Available for use from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim during the warmest months of the year.
â Sun loungers: Relax by the pool or on one of the patios/decks with a good book and a glass of wine.
â STAFF & SERVICES â
One of the advantages of staying at a Standout Stays property is that we offer a full range of concierge services including:

Other things to note
â DOG POLICY: We allow 1 house-trained dog no larger than 55lbs. We charge a pet cleaning fee of $100 PER dog and require a pet contract to be signed before your stay. After you book we will send you a confirmation message. Just click on the Experiences link to purchase the dog stay (this must be done before your stay).
â NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.
â QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Quiet Hours are mandated by Sonoma County and breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.
â SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.
â POWER BACKUP: A solar-powered backup battery is available and will automatically start if the power goes out during your stay.
â CELL RECEPTION: The home is located in an area with marginal cell reception. A landline is available for guest use if needed.
â PARKING: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
â OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
