First and foremost, I was greeted by an unbearable smell coming from trash cans in the garage. Secondly, there mold and very baldly rusted and holds by kitchen watch. This place did not even provide basic essential such as salt and pepper. Thirdly, the pictures depicted on VRBO, must have been from when the townhome was built (decades ago). Very dated and the up keeps not so much. Oh, did I mention, there were maggots in the trash can that’s located in the garage. The host gave excuses and possible untried concerning issues that I brought to the host attention. Finally, response time from the host was very slow at best. My recommendation if, you are considering staying at this property, DON’T!!

Everything was super clean. Fully equipped kitchen. This was the best stocked short term rental we’ve stayed in including multi-ply toilet paper (multiple rolls per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, and a roll of good paper towels. Easy on and easy off the various interstate systems near downtown and good proximity to entertainment like the American Airlines center. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place! The roof top patio is wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. Great location by the Farmer’s Market and easy to get around.

Perfect location

The property was amazing, well decorated, and clean. It’s conveniently located by the farmers market, several restaurants, and shops downtown which is great for bike and scooter rides. This is definitely a favorite!

Festival at Fair Park

We were in town for a festival at fair park. This was a great place to stay with a short uber ride to festival. Also walkable to deep ellum which was nice for food and drinks. The farmers market and shops being so close was nice as well. Would definitely stay again!nicenwelwell. Would de

Dallas getaway

The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed being across from the Farmers Market and able to walk to several districts. The host was very accommodating to any request we had and quick to respond.

Beautiful Stay in Dallas

We stayed in Dallas for a cheer competition and loved the location—right across from the Dallas Farmers Market and just a short walk to the Arena. The townhouse was stunning, with a beautiful rooftop terrace, a modern kitchen, and spacious living areas. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Great experience- would definitely rebook

The property was great! Just as described. Two very small concerns - STAIRS! If you are unable to climb stairs (and carry your luggage) this one isn’t for you. There is a total of 3 flights of stairs and the master bedroom requires climbing 2 flights with your luggage. The only other things was conflicting information about what to do with the waste containers and when they should be outside and when they should be taken in.

Short but sweet

The property is beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. We stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Aside from the roosters from the farmers’ market at 5:15 AM, it was quiet over the weekend :). Monday and Tuesday experienced a little more noise from traffic, but it wasn’t too bothersome. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Claire!

A unique gem 💎 in downtown Dallas!

This tri-level rooftop townhouse is a gem. Immaculate, unique and so fun! So unique details: artwork, decor, light fixtures. Our family of four, all adults, had plenty of room. We throughly enjoyed the rooftop even on cold nights, we kept warm by the fire pit. We enjoyed downtown a bit and just hung out as a family for Thanksgiving holiday.

A Tremendous Townhouse

We were thrilled to be in Dallas for our daughter’s wedding. The location is easily walkable to the Farmer’s market and other downtown areas. Keyless entry worked, spacious garage and felt secure. Spacious and beautiful with great shower, comfortable Air conditioning and cozy beds. Upstairs bedroom is very quiet. As an FYI, there are stairs. Finally, the rooftop private area was enjoyable.
