The house was exactly as described. Great amenities clean. Great kitchen bedrooms living room. However the smoke detectors started beeping to the point I couldn’t rest and the my cut down tree limbs two days in a row. Which was incredibly loud. I was post op neck surgery so resting was needed other than that everything was fantastic

Chelsey Thank you for your review. First let me address the smoke detector. When you wrote me initially you said it went off but when you reduced the heat it stopped. I believed at Thai point it was resolved, when you wrote me again at 11pm the next day I responded and I didn't hear back from you. I did write you the next morning and asked if I could address anything for you and you didn't respond. I understand you were going through recovery. My apologies but I would not just enter the home I needed your response and permission to come in. In terms of the tree trimming. This is done by ONCOR the power company and it was just by the unit but around the corner. There is no way for me to know or affect their schedule for tree limb cutting. I hope you were disturbed too much and I apologize for these events. Please NEXT TIME just call me directly on the phone and I will be at the unit to remedy anything you may need addressed. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. The location was secured in a gated community, which made us ladies feel safe. The condo was conveniently located 2-3 miles from the venue we attended. For any issues that arised, the host was easily reachable and handled all issues promptly. Even the neighbors were kind and friendly!I would definitely reserve this condo again. The host Mike is by far one of the best hosts I have encountered. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Professional conference Oasis

Excellent property! A group of colleagues shared this condo for a week long conference. The two distinct sleeping areas allowed for privacy, and the beautiful and spacious living area was perfect for post conference hang out. Condo was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. It was a quick uber to the arts district, and much cheaper overall than a downtown hotel. Will definitely stay again if in Dallas!

The place was clean and big... Host was helpful and quick to respond to any concerns... Close to a number of places to eat, shop, etc... Area has some interesting individuals roaming about that would require you to be more aware of your surroundings...

House was very clean and included all advertised items. Very convenient to all things central Dallas. Neighborhood was quiet and had a relaxing stay. The host communicated effectively, was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. Can’t say enough good things about the host! If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Dallas area, definitely would recommend!

Great place to stay!

I highly recommend staying at this property. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and best of all the owner was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. I have a chemical sensitivity, and those needs were addressed with housekeeping before we arrived. We also needed a couple of items that first day, and Michael had them there by that afternoon. The kitchen is very well stocked which was a huge added bonus! We will certainly stay here again next time we are in Dallas.

Stunning!

My stay was seamless from the moment I made my reservation to the moment that my security deposit was refunded. I can't brag enough about how nice and accomadating Michael the host was. The place was awesome too. I really loved staying here. The pictures look exactly like the property, and it was impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable condo

The owner was very responsive throughout our stay. The condo is centrally located to much that Dallas has to offer. It has a clean, modern feel with lots of natural light. The kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare meals if you choose. The master bedroom is large and fairly quiet despite being adjacent to the living room. This is a nice place!

Best long term rental in Dallas

This property couldn't be more perfect whether in for the weekend or a long term stay. I cannot find one thing negative to say, nor can I describe how incredible the experience was. Michael, the host, is the reason why they have 5 stars. I would give it 50 if I could.. This was as good as it gets on all levels. Thanks again for going above and beyond as a host!

Great space, great location!

My husband and I stayed at Michael's condo with another couple for the Texas/OU game weekend. It is a beautiful, new condo with a really ideal layout for two couples. One bedroom and full bath is on the first floor, and the second bedroom and full bath is on the third floor with the living area in between on the second floor. So, it allows a lot of privacy. There is a great balcony off of the dining area to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The living area is large and bright. While the area is definitely "in transition", we felt very safe at the condo and were able to use Uber to get anywhere we wanted to go very conveniently. Its super convenient to Deep Elum, the State Fair Grounds, Katy trail, Downtown Dallas, and the West End. My husband and I both agreed, it could not have been any better of a space and location for our trip!

Excellent, stylish, well maintained

We enjoyed our three-night stay at this downtown Dallas condo. It is stylishly modern and well-maintained, very clean and comfortable. It's only minor flaw is the lack of a half-bath on the main floor. Anyone wishing to stay here must be okay with frequent trips up and down stairs, which was not a problem for us. It's probably most suitable for younger travelers, given the stairs and its downtown location, though not recommended for young children. The neighborhood may appear questionable at first glance, but we found it to be very quiet and off the beaten path, though still convenient to downtown. The owner was exceedingly helpful with detailed instructions for ingress and egress--very communicative and friendly. The only other issue is not the fault of the condo itself, perhaps a result of its location. Dallas traffic at rush hour is fairly horrendous. We needed to get to Oak Cliff, on the west side of central Dallas by early evening Friday, and so had to negotiate serious gridlock. Would we stay here again? Certainly if not for the need to be convenient to the west side, where our relatives live. If that is not an issue for you, and you like being close to the great amenities of downtown Dallas, then we would highly recommend this condo!

Minsun, Thank you for your business and for your review. Dallas is growing by leaps and bounds. There is significant construction in progress on new bridges heading to the West side of town. This does affect traffic from Downtown across the Trinity river and it can be hectic at rush hour. The condo's bathroom set up is as you describe. Most people seem to enjoy the solitude of the middle floor. The privacy afforded to the facilities due to them being away from the gathering space has its benefits :). I have had many families stay at the unit. They ranged from families with infants to teenagers. They are welcome to put up gates if needed and many have. All the families have raved about the convenience of the condo to Downtown and the Science Museum/Arts District etc. I think most guests will find that the unit works well for both young and old, singles and families alike. Loved the location! We were on a quiet street only 2.2 miles from the convention center.

The property was beautiful, nice,clean and very organized. Michael kept us in the loop by answering all our questions before we arrived. We will definitely do this again ❤❤️

Absolutely stunning! Clean!

This condo was immaculate, spacious, and had everything you could need and more!!!! Michael was very attentive, with many emails and texts to keep us informed before and during our stay! The light of the condo, the comfortable beds, and the well stocked bar will ensure our return! The unit is close to all parts of Dallas, with nothing more than a short car ride away. We visited to consider a move to Dallas and this experience has definitely encouraged us to start organizing our move! We will definitely be back!
