It is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and a 30 minutes drive to Pinehurst for the US Open. Enjoy being away from the crowd and traffic jam!!

I was disappointed

1st the house that it showsin the picturesis not the right house when i got there i couldn't go in to the house, then the home owner took me to a different property that was terrible it was spider web in all the house the bathroomit was dirty. The house doesn't heat or AC he probided leatle heateds i was very disappointed not happy at all.

Don’t Do It!!

The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me. You’ve been warned. I wish I had read the other review beforehand.

Do not stay.

From the time I walked in I notified problems. The lights flicked on and off. The bathroom sink had black mold on the side. One of the couches was very nasty and dingy. The other couch was so old and covered in pet hair. The front door has a gap under it which allowed small bugs to come inside. All the furniture was old and needs to be updated. There was no futon like pictured. One of the bed was made from two thin mattress screws to a square piece of cedar block that did come the length of the bed. Plugs in one room looked burnt out. The hot water tank has a big hole which the had a bucket catching the water. Bucket overflowed and caused water to come up from the floor board in the hallway which made me have to put blankets down to catch the water. I had 3 adults in the reservation and only had two towels and rags. No extra towels, blanket or anything else in the house. The house was hot when arrived showing 93 degrees in the house because the air wasn’t on even though a have a notice of arrival time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here until all issues are need and uodated
