The Space:

Welcome to your ideal retreat! Step through the front door into the spacious living room, adorned with two comfortable couches, extra chairs, and a large SmartTV mounted above the mantle (please note that the fireplace is non-functioning). As you take in the inviting ambiance, your gaze will be drawn to the dining table, elegantly set for six, creating the perfect space for shared meals and cherished conversations. Just around the corner, you'll find the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.



This charming house boasts three inviting bedrooms on the main level, ensuring restful nights for everyone. The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom, designed with an open layout (please note the bathroom does not have a door), providing a private sanctuary. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom offers two queen beds and has been designed with a curtain for privacy in place of a door, accommodating larger groups or families. A shared full bathroom in the hallway adds convenience and ease to your stay.



Upstairs, a full loft awaits, offering additional sleeping space and flexibility. Discover three twin beds, a king bed, and a full bathroom, providing a comfortable haven for guests seeking extra privacy or a unique sleeping arrangement.

Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire home.

Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:

We have space for two cars to park in the driveway; street parking is limited. Please plan accordingly!



We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
