New Listing - High end home with private heated pool and spa, dog friendly

Gorgeous executive style home with private heated pool and spa. Welcome to 13 Palms, a 5 bedroom, home that sleeps 10. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The main level features an open floor plan with the living, dining, kitchen area plus a sunroom laundry room, and half bath. The living room features a 65" Smart TV, electric fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has a large island with granite countertop, a wine fridge, and plenty of counter space. The primary bedroom is also downstairs and included a king bed, large walk in closet and luxurious on-suite bathroom. The sunroom overlooks the pool area and is perfect for your morning coffee.

The upstairs features a second living room with wet bar, large sectional, and Smart TV. There are three more bedrooms, each with a king bed, Smart TV, and their own private on-suite bathrooms. There is also a room with a bunk bed for the kids.

The outside is surely special with a private fenced in backyard, covered patio area, heated pool, heated hot tub, fire pit, deck chairs, gas grill, and outdoor shower. We also have a whole house generator. We include beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, pack-n-play, and a highchair.

You can drive, walk, or rent a golf cart to get to the beach, six blocks away. If you've never been to Carolina Beach before you're in for a treat. We're a wonderful family friendly beach town with pizza shops, ice cream shops, seafood restaurants, and two grocery stores. You'll never have to (or want to) leave the island!

***If you plan on bringing a dog, please let us know. We charge a $225. Non-refundable dog fee.***

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM

October 1st through March 31st,dogs are allowed on the beach during all hours.

Great Summer Family Vacation

Very impressed with the house, everything was very clean, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, provided beach chairs and towels. The pool was a good size and heated, the fire pit and hot tub were also nice. Plenty of seating in the living room for the family to sit and socialize.

Loved the house and backyard area! The primary bedroom mattress wasn't comfortable, the sides felt like you had to get into the middle of the bed or fall off and it was too soft. It wasn't clear how to operate the outside speakers or operate the heated pool and we ran into issues with the main tv. The maint guy was very helpful and professional when he came by. We had a great time overall and it was a nice house for our group. The kitchen worked well and the grill outside was a good size for cooking. The property management company was responsive and very pleasant. Wished there were swim pool noodles to float with in the pool. Thanks!

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Very clean, very organized and lots of amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and extremely relaxing. The check-in process was easy and the property management was very attentive and answered our questions in a timely fashion. House is in a beautiful location, close to the beach, boardwalk and parks. Will be coming back!

This is the life!

We had the best time at 13 Palms. The house, pool and yard were gorgeous. The house has plenty of space for relaxing in between pool time and trips to the ocean. We rented a golf cart and loved cruising around the neighborhood. The playground nearby was a hidden perk! We will definitely rent here again!

It was very clean, modern, fully stocked with all the starter supplies needed & close to everything. We had plenty of room (and more) to spread out. The pool was so nice especially after a long hot day of site-seeing. There was plenty of room for parking (including the garage if you choose to). The house is close to a trail so it made walking the dog so much nicer (poop bags & trash cans are located along the way). We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed very quickly. The A1 team was so helpful/friendly. We had a wonderful time & we’re so sad to leave!

The home was absolutely gorgeous, with top-of-the-line furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. It had everything anyone could possibly need: games, cozy throw blankets, fully stocked kitchen items, and more.We stayed over Christmas and were initially concerned about not having a tree or decorations, but those worries disappeared immediately. The owners had tastefully placed Christmas dĂ©cor in every room, including a stunning white coastal-themed tree in the living room that paired perfectly with the electric fireplace. It made the home feel warm, festive, and incredibly welcoming.The room off the kitchen with a desk that could be closed off was a perfect setup for my husband to work remotely while we were there. The layout offered plenty of space, so no one ever felt on top of each other. We especially loved that everyone had their own bathroom—each one beautifully decorated.The private backyard was a heaven-sent. We enjoyed the high-end outdoor furniture, huge TV, hot tub, and impressive grill. There was also a gorgeous pool and a lovely fire pit. Although it was winter and we didn’t visit the beach, the home was fully stocked with beach chairs, floats, balls, and coolers, which would be fantastic in warmer months.Having a garage that fit two cars was another great bonus. Words truly don’t do this home justice—it is absolutely amazing. The only thing we regret is not staying longer!

Being close to grocery stores and restaurants made it very easy for everyone to get around. We also brought along our family dog and he loved the easy walks to the beach and park, everyone did! A1 property management was very helpful and quick to answer questions even on a busy holiday. Our family made some wonderful and fun memories in this comfortable, and beautiful home. We all decided we will definitely make our way back to this fantastic gem to make more.
