Amazing location

The hotel is centrally located, making it easier to walk to a lot of attractions. Super friendly stuff and beautiful views.

The lobby was so full when we arrived you could barely get to the desk and they were not very friendly. The elevators are supposed to be smart but no one explained them to us and they were super slow and so many people. Nice room but not sure I would stay here again.

Great stay at The Elser

Room exactly as pictured. Very clean and modern. Great location, quick walk to Bayside Market with lots of shopping and food options. The only option for parking is valet at $50/night but College Park garage is a quick 5 minute walk and is $15/day.

Post cruise stay

The stay was amazing and I will definitely be back. The only thing was pre stay there was little info on getting in touch with the property manager so i had to call vrbo site. After that hiccup, everything was fine.

It needs 6 stars!!

We all (6 ladies) had a pleasant time at the hotel. We ate at the pool bar and hung out on the patio for a while. Later, my 75 y/o mom and I went to the pool and a young man provided a float toy for my mom, and then graciously helped her get out when we were done. The views of the city and the ocean from the 46th floor were spectacular! The vibe at Vice Versa (I think that was the name) was fun all night. We were able to walk to entertainment and shopping easily because of the hotels excellent location. I've already messaged my husband and all of my friend groups about my stay. One thing was that we left an item in the suite and when we came back to ask about it, It wasn't turned in. Even with that, I can't wait to come back to Miami to stay at THIS property.
