Our family of eight really enjoyed our time together at this condo. The views were beautiful, the location was extremely convenient with a grocery store and shops right next door, and we loved the spacious living room, large couch, and nice kitchen setup. Having an en-suite bathroom in every bedroom was also a huge plus for our group.There were a few issues that came up during our stay.The A/C remotes had low or dead batteries, and two of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water, which made showers uncomfortable. We also had ants in the kitchen and noticed that there were no floor mats when coming in from the rain or out of the shower. The master bathroom shower needed a more thorough cleaning, and the shower head had very low water pressure. Additionally, the washer/dryer combo took a long time to run. There were no linens on the beds or enough towels even though prior notification was given to the host of our concerns regarding these items. IN SHORT- Don’t Stay here! You can do better so much better. keep scrolling! 3/10

Beautiful property that needs refinement

The condo is indeed stunning. Located on the 32nd floor, the views are spectacular and the bedrooms and common areas are true to the listing. Unfortunately, the check in process was problematic as the security at the building wouldn't let us in saying the building does not allow VRBO rentals. Our party of 7 was left standing outside while the building manager looked into things. After about 20 -30 mins they manager very kindly allowed us in. Upon entering the unit, we discovered that the fridge beeped every 10 seconds. The coffee maker was mouldy, and the majority of the beds lacked top sheets. We notified the owner and property manager of this, and were informed it would be taken care of. Spoiler alert: it was not. There were only 8 towels (we were 7 people) for the entirety of our 4 day stay. There were no toilet paper holders or bathmats, ortea towels / paper towels in the kitchen.

Avoid this poorly managed property until further notice

DO NOT STAY HERE! - The property listing also says you have shampoo, soap, and towels provided. None of this was there. We went next door and bought our owner supplies.- It also says that the kitchen has cookware, spices, and toaster. None of this was there at the apartment.- The bedrooms say “Bedsheets” provided. Some beds did have sheets, others did not and we were missing pillows as well as comforters.- We had no towels and later found them still wet in the washing machine the next day.- We had no consistent running hot water despite multiple attempts to fix this such as only using one shower at a time or letting the hot water come out on trickle. We were told by the property manager that Panama is a third world country and we should expect some issues. This was insulting for many reasons. We took cold showers for the 4 days we were there.The first night we slept cold, dirty and very disappointed on our first night of vacation. The property manager sent someone over the next day who showed us the towels in the washer and brought one set of shampoo and conditioned for us to share in all the bathrooms. He then disappeared never to be seen or heard from. The owner and property manager also stopped responding to us and blamed us for expecting too much. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience and the owner is unwilling to refund all or a portion of the expense.
