Fully furnished, completely tiled 2 bedroom/1 bath home with on site laundry. All utilities included! Electric, water, alarm, internet and lawn care! Huge fenced backyard with a table area and a fire pit. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. This home is attached to an efficiency unit that is rented separately.

The home met all my needs, even in the kitchen, for this longer stay. Kimberlee was always very responsive to my questions and texts. The back yard was perfect for my pup. We often walked to the neighborhood park. The neighborhood and neighbors were pleasant and friendly. I hope to revisit!

Long Weekend Wedding Getaway

My husband spent a long weekend at this property which was perfect. We were in town for a weekend and to visit family.We would recommend to anyone staying in Dunedin. The place was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Beautiful house with all Dunedin has to offer a short walk away.

Wonderful clean place. Perfect for a small family. Highly recommended. Easy to walk all over—downtown, market, shopping, breweries, baseball etc.

Fabulous getaway!

Don’t miss this property! The location is outstanding, walkable tj downtown, restaurants, the trail and so many parks. Quiet neighborhood. The house itself is spotless and has been recently remodeled but still maintained the original charm! 5/5 stars from us!

Quiet girls trip

Place was great location to downtown Dunedin; seemed like a nice neighborhood. Major construction on road a couple blocks over which re-routed walking/driving to/from house. A heads up on that would have been helpful but overall all good!

Great location, very clean inside the house

Great location, very close to downtown area. I wish there were some "bells and whistles". Interior was so so nicely updated! Beds were comfy, kitchen had pots and pans. Hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV in the living room. There's a desk space if you need to work.

DUNEDIN ADVENTURE

I enjoyed the property (clean & comfortable), people in the neighborhood, walking in the neighborhood, close proximity to shopping, the beach, art shops, etc. The hosts went the extra mile to insure our safety during hurricane Milton and allowing us to stay extra days when the airport closed.
