Check-in was easy and we were able to consistently find close parking nearby. It's near a pool, but you can't hear any noise, once you close the outside door.We enjoyed having access to the hot tub to relax our muscles, after hiking. Overall, it was the perfect fit for our needs.

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was cute and cozy and exceeded our expectations. The location was great as it’s right in the heart of Mammoth and everything is easily accessible from where this spot is located. The condo was clean and the owner checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. There was a supply of paper towels, toilet paper and coffee that we never had to go out buy more. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

The cozy condo was nicely updated, very clean and located for easy access to everything. It worked perfectly for our annual spring ski trip to Mammoth! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It's good location and clean. 10am check out is a bit too early, and the memory foam mattress is not comfortable. pro photographer just can make a place seem brighter, newer and more spacious, so upon entering the condo, my reaction was ... but nothing inacurate, the kitchen is well stocked, owner is responsive, the place is a solid 4 out of 5 or even 4.5 if generous, but giving 10 out of 10 would make vrbo reviews as useful as uber ratings where 5 becoming the base line. Owners probably dont even want anyone to leave a review if it is not 10 out of 10, but travelers like myself rely on honest reviews. So this is a good place just not as bright, airy, new as the photoes made me expect.

I do want to note that we have put a lot of pride into remodeling and refreshing the condo when taking ownership a few years ago to use as our vacation home and rental.
