Profitez de la spacieuse, supérieure, face au sud, condo avec des plafonds voûtés. Le loft est principalement fermé pour l'intimité et se sent comme une deuxième chambre à coucher; il y a une fenêtre qui peut s'ouvrir pour surplomber en bas. Il dispose également d'un lit queen et un canapé séparé qui se replie sur un lit gigogne surdimensionné. Chaque niveau a sa propre salle de bain complète. Salon ouvert avec deux portes coulissantes pour profiter de la haute vue sur les pins. INTERNET est disponible dans cette unité. Aussi HBO et Showtime. Ethan Allen Entertainment Unit détient 42 téléviseurs à écran plasma, films, livres et jeux. Grand poêle à pellets pour réchauffer l'intérieur pendant les mois d'hiver. Nouveau canapé qui est également conçu comme un lit double. Il suffit de retirer les oreillers arrière et utiliser les draps, couvertures et oreillers sur le canapé lui-même. Deux autres chaises inclinables sont idéales pour lire ou se détendre. Allez à l'ancienne école avec beaucoup de jeux de société! Chambre spacieuse en bas a une télévision à écran plat., Lit queen et un espace supplémentaire avec une chaise et un hassock pour lire ou se détendre. La cuisine est prête à aller avec les outils et les épices pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Jacuzzi, sauna, et les équipements de blanchisserie sont tous disponibles dans ce grand complexe. Court de tennis, piscine, barbecue, aire de pique-nique, également disponible en été. Les lignes de bus à l'extérieur du complexe vous emmènent à Eagle Express. Près de la ville avec des magasins, restaurants, films, épicerie à proximité. Le bus passe environ toutes les 15 minutes pour vous emmener sur les pistes! (TOT # 7525)

The place was great! Excellent location! The only issue we had was trying to access the unit as the code pad didn’t work. The host responded right away with an alternative way to enter and th rest of the weekend was fantastic.

This place had everything we needed for our family of 5. Loved the pellet fire place. Very close to town and only steps away from the free shuttle that takes you a 7 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. The host Camille was very quick to respond and we will definitely be back!

The condo was clean & comfortable. We visit Mammoth for a week of premier skiing in March. The condo location made it very easy for us to jump on the free shuttle and ride up to the Eagle Lodge. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils to prepare great meals. We especially loved the pellet stove which brought comfort & ambience. Our location enabled us to move about town very easily - restaurants & shopping nearby. We had a very positive experience. The Host was excellent. Lastly - once we stayed a couple nights we decided to visit this Condo again next year. It was that good!!

While the property is older the unit was clean, everything worked and we loved the pellet heater. Only negative is the jacuzzi is old and water was pretty disgusting but I would definitely use the unit again. Great central location

The condo was well maintained. The living spaces were clean. The bathrooms were clean. The master bath has been updated nicely. It was a little difficult to find the unit in the dark and snow. Parking was ample. Communication with the property manager/owner was great.

This was a lovely condo. It had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The location was great too. Unfortunately we had to leave 3 days early because of the poor air quality due to the Garnet Fire south of the area. We plan to come back next summer and stay here again.

We are both transplants from Massachusetts over 40 years ago. We met after we came back from college, one from University of Miami, the other from Penn State. We now live in work in Southern California, but enjoy an escape to Mammoth whenever possible.

We have set up our condo as if it were our own home. Comfort, style, and convenience, are all part of how everything goes together. People seem to really like the fully stocked kitchen for cooking, which we enjoy, when we are not trying one of the many restaurants nearby.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have been going to Mammoth as renters for over 40 years. It was primarily for skiing. Now that we own a place there, we have learned that this area is great year round. Also, having grown up on the east coast, we didn't realize that there was anything but icy conditions. Here in CA, we really got spoiled with the great ski conditions, even during the lesser snow years. We look forward to our escape from Southern California up to Mammoth as often as we can. We've decorated it to be comfortable for us, so we hope our guests appreciate the thought put into the big and little things.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We took a couple of years of research to find the right place for ourselves, and hope our guests enjoy the condo for some of the same reasons. This particular complex, La Residence IV, provided the perfect balance of convenience, yet not the congestion of places like the Village. You can walk to the shopping, restaurants, movies or Vons, just a block or so away. You can get the bus right outside the parking lot and be on the mountain, ready to ski, in minutes. It has nice amenities available per the season, and always has the spa to relax at the end of the day. In the Summer, I have never found the pool crowded, or a wait to use the tennis court. It is also south facing, so you can enjoy the sun streaming in all day long. There are lovely pine trees to give the privacy from the surroundings. We've also met some great neighbors in the complex and the manager is friendly and available for needs that come up.
