Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a couple locked owners closets, and the crawl space under the condo. There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the Rivergrass Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by beautiful walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months and a year round hot tub for guests to use during their stay.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is within a 7 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



There is parking of for 2 vehicles. The parking is open, you can park in any available spot.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
