The Tennis Village Condominiums at Wapato Point are the best place in Lake Chelan to spend your vacation! Your upper-floor with balcony condo is located within walking distance of the lake and downtown Manson – about 10 minutes north of downtown Chelan. You have easy access to beautiful waterfront parks/beaches, several wineries, and all the amenities that Wapato Point Resort has to offer.

Offering a spacious resort-like experience in a serene waterfront setting, guests at the Tennis Condominiums have full access to all the year-round Wapato Point amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. For outdoor activities, Wapato Point Resort features many docks and beaches, making the property uniquely suited for boating, paddleboarding, and swimming in Lake Chelan. Tennis is, of course, available, and pickleball courts have recently been adapted. Those who prefer outdoor pools are all set, as there is a private outdoor pool and hot tub alongside the condominiums, available only to guests of these condominiums. A recreation Kiosk is located along the beach, where a variety of equipment rentals are available to all resort guests. Those who like to stay dry enjoy mini golf, the playground, relaxing around the fire pit, or walking around the 100-plus-acre private property.

Wapato Point Cellars and The Winemakers Grill are on-property, just down the road from your Tennis Condominium. And of course, Wapato Point Resort is just a short walk to downtown Manson, with bars, more restaurants, grocers, wineries, and various shops for those venturing off the property. Bring your boat or Jet Skis! Free dock and buoy moorage during your stay, just steps from your unit. Store your trailer on the property. Launching is available at Mill Bay Park.

Wonderful week at Wapato Point

This property was excellent in every respect. It had a great location with access to Wapato Point's activities, was very clean, and had a comfortable layout. We were only two people, but it could easily have accommodated two more very comfortably.

We had a great stay at wapato! Such a fun family friendly place. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Our only minor feedback was to stock the kitchen with a few more utensils such as bbq tongs

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our time in Manson at this rental with another couple. Used the pool and played pickleball. Nice that the courts are lit up at night. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay, there are different properties, handled by different managers, beautiful view, very big place to walk around. The condo have everything we needed. We would love to come back again.

Fun week at Wapato!

We’ve been to Wapato a bunch over the years so knew what to expect. Overall, these units are starting to show some age, but the place was super clean and had everything we needed (even a pasta strainer!). The outdoor pool and hot tub saw a lot of use from my 8yo, so it was great to see a crew doing a deep clean midweek. This unit is a tad far from the central beach area, but also closer to the coffee shop and farmers market!

Condo was dated but very clean with a great pool! The lake is awesome but it’s a hike to get there. Our AC did not work the entire time we were there, we called maintenance and they put in a portable unit but this wasn’t enough to get the back bedroom cool and they did not give us any fans or anything.
