The Space:

From the location and unmatched service to the provided amenities starting with the exterior entertainment spaces via the covered patios, pool area, balconies, and roof top deck, this home was built with the best vacationing experience in mind. The pool area is a Florida paradise, with an oversized resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa with expansive sun shelf, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide! The covered patio has multiple smart TVs, seating and dining, and an outdoor grill (natural gas). Putt-putt and ping pong are also included. All of this sits within the fenced in back yard filled with lush native landscaping for privacy and security. It is family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up to the levels above, you'll find multiple balconies and a roof top deck with seating and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand's Circle, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.



Once inside this home's nearly 4,000 square feet of interior living space, you'll notice the elegant interior design, quality construction, and spacious floor plan. This home provides 5 bedrooms (all with en suite baths) and 5 full baths and 2 Half baths. The home comfortably sleeps 16 persons in beds via 4 king beds, 1 king over king bunk bed, and 1 full over full bunk bed - please see note below on max occupancy. The great room includes the chef's kitchen with butler pantry, living space, and dining areas of the home. The chef's kitchen and butler pantry are fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you've told us you want in your guest feedback! This home also has a club room, or secondary living space. Just off the great room and club room spaces you'll find expansive balconies with comfortable seating and dining, and stunning views! Floor Plan Description:



Ground Level:

This home provides free parking for up to 6 vehicles (2 in garages and 3-4 in driveway). The home's beach equipment is stored in the garage, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. The ground level space features the fully fenced pool and back yard area, including the covered patio space. The pool is a Florida paradise as previously described, and the adjacent covered patio includes an open floor plan with soft seating, dining table for 6 persons, bar seating for 8, 2 large smart TVs, and an outdoor grill (natural gas). There are ceiling fans throughout this space for added comfort. Nearby, you'll find a ping pong table, outdoor connect 4 and putt-putt golf. From the ground level, you'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels and rooftop deck above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

Features the Great Room with fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes: a butler pantry, full sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), 2 dishwashers, wall mounted double ovens, oversized cooktop with vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The great room also includes a custom dining table for 12, and a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a balcony off this space, offering additional dining and seating options that extends the living space and offers views throughout. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 2 features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower, while Bedroom 5 features 2 sets of custom-built bunk beds, a king over king bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. This bunk room has an en-suite bathroom that has a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryer units is on this level as well. We include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

Features the club room. It provides a dry bar, beverage fridge and ice maker, card table, foosball table, a living area with 2 large TVs and Nintendo Switch 2 gaming console, and a half bath. Like the great room, this club room has immediate access to a large balcony space with seating and provides stunning Gulf of Mexico views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor, including the master bedroom. The master bedroom offers Gulf views and a private balcony with seating, and features a king bed, workspace, walk-in closet, a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature king beds, en-suite baths, and walk-in showers.



Rooftop Deck:

Stunning views can be expected in almost every direction from this elevated outdoor living space. This rooftop is not the norm. It provides a dry bar space, a beverage refrigerator with ice maker, and counter space. There is a smart TV, an outdoor living space, and bar top seating for 8 people along the railing. This elevated living space provides the perfect space for enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and open views of Lido Key, St. Armand's Circle, the Gulf of Mexico, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.



Getting Around:

This luxury home on Lido Key has an unbeatable location, just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key, and just a short walk or bike ride to St. Armand's Circle where you'll have access to Lido Key's best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! There is something for everyone in St. Armand's Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail, and it's always a guest favorite. You're also just a quick drive to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!



Other Things to Note:

Per City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance - This home must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, and it has a max occupancy of 12 adults, *but children under 6 years of age do not count toward the City's max occupancy count. Vunique Vacations restricts the total occupancy of the home to 16 persons, including adults and children under 6 years of age. This home’s City of Sarasota Vacation Rental Certificate of Registration number is VRO#: VR24-00039



This Lido Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as Free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.
