IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit and the building amenities, including the gym and a Michelin Star restaurant and lounge (reservations required beforehand). Please, make yourself at home!

➤ There's one free parking spot and paid parking is also available if needed.

The Brickell Avenue Bridge crosses the Miami River, offering views of the waterfront Miami Circle Park and archaeological sites.

Walking: Ideal for short distances and exploring the local area, with sidewalks and pedestrian-friendly streets.

Public Transit: Utilize the Metrorail, Metromover, and buses for efficient travel around Brickell and greater Miami.

Biking: Rent a bike or use bike-sharing services for a convenient and eco-friendly way to navigate the city.

Ride-sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft offer quick and flexible transport options throughout the area.

Driving: Rent a car or use your own vehicle for greater freedom and access to more distant locations, with ample parking available.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.

➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest or we can provide an extra set for $10 per towel.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
