The breakfast was beyond my expectations. The room was spotless. The location was perfect. The subway was right around the corner and that aub at took us everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The hotel was in a great location to the shops and Times Square. Our host was very friendly and had great communication with us. We had an amazing time in New York and will definitely be returning to the same hotel

Lovely stay, great property.

Fantastic property in great location. Ideally suited to explore the City or take a break from it all in Central Park. The Happy Hour is a great benefit and saves finding somewhere for breakfast or nibbles before a night out.

Location is spectacular

I’ve stayed here twice for business trips. This property is great for exploring the city and you’re close to everything. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely continue to come back again and again.

Location and Comfort

I was in Manhattan for business and this place was a tremendous location to get just about everywhere. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway steps from Central Park

My Mom and I loved this stay. We enjoyed morning walks through Central Park. Walking distance to The Minskoff Theatre and Times Square. Staff was great. Can’t recommend enough!

Business travel

Absolutely awesome place. Great location in midtown near central park and great restaurant options. Subway stop 1/2 block away, convenience store on corner. The breakfast in the morning has lots of options (good coffee, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit) and has a nice outdoor space to eat. The room was very spacious for NYC, comfy bed, very quiet.

Perfect location. 2 blocks from Central Park. Walked daily then back for a great breakfast at VRBO. Great subway access or 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and broadway shows! Good happy hour each evening and friendly staff and doormen! Loved it.

One of NYC's Best Secret Places

Beautiful property, with gracious and attentive staff. Owner Jason assured all was in order with the reservation, shared tips and checked in remotely to guarantee comfort and satisfaction. Wonderful location, yummy breakfast and happy hour and by NYC standards, huge rooms and bathrooms. It is a real find; this was a second visit and we will return.

Chic, comfy, convenient

Well appointed rooms with very comfortable bed, linens and climate control. Included breakfast, happy hour and gym, all of which we appreciated. Perfect neighborhood for what we were up to on this short vacation. Safe area with plenty of food and drink options, close to park and attractions, etc. The owner is nice and great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

A pleasant stay

The room was clean, quiet, and located near Central Park. The complimentary breakfast was quite adequate and the staff was surprisingly solicitous. Hey, the hot water was practically on demand. What’s not to like?

Great Location

The apart/hotel is great. We enjoyed our stay since the first day, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and did their best to accomodate us before our check in time. The hotel location was excellent, very close to the subway entrance and less than 2 blocks from Central Park. Jason made everything easy to handle for us. I would definitely go back! Thanks

Calm and peaceful

Room was very clean and quiet. No maid service but this was expected. All necessities were provided. Access to owners' lounge appreciated but fare provided was not as expected from such access with Marriott or Grand Hyatt. Would consider staying if back in New York as very near Central Park.
