Welcome to Bluebird Cabin, a stunning contemporary retreat nestled on 5 acres of pristine wilderness just moments from the slopes, Pine Hill Lake, and Hannah Golf Course.



Step into the great room, where high pine cathedral ceilings and natural wood floors create an airy, inviting atmosphere. Large picture windows flood the space with natural light, framing breathtaking mountain views. Gather around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace or unwind on the comfy sofa while enjoying TV. Sliding glass doors open to the wrapping deck with multiple seating areas, a warm fireplace and uninterrupted vistas of the surrounding beauty. Beyond the deck, an outdoor firepit awaits for closer to nature evenings under the stars.



The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and Cambria Quartz countertops, seamlessly flowing into the light-filled dining area. A charming screened-in porch behind the kitchen provides a tranquil spot for morning coffee or dining al fresco.



On this level, a bright and spacious bedroom offers a queen bed and direct deck access, complemented by a beautifully designed bathroom.

Cooling: The two upstairs bedrooms have portable A/C units and ceiling fans, while the lower-level third bedroom has a ceiling fan only but tends to stays cool naturally due to its placement.
