Parfait pour une visite à Austin, ma maison rénovée de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain est idéale pour se détendre après SXSW, Formule 1 ou ACL Music Fest. Le quartier Barton Hills est central, calme, belle et près du centre-ville, avec tant de bons endroits pour manger, voir et faire du shopping à distance de marche, pour moi d'énumérer. 2 blocs à Taco X-press de Maria pour Sun. Hippie Gospel Brunch, 4 blocs de la berline de Broken Spoke; le Saxon Pub, One to One, Alamo Drafthouse / Highball, Opa de, ABGBs, Barton Creek, Barton Springs & ACL tout une marche. Entièrement meublé. Standard TV, Internet sans fil, un bain à remous, porche couvert avec des ventilateurs et des haut-parleurs de plafond et un gril à gaz Webber. Doit aimer les chiens. Je peux être un hôte si je suis disponible.

S'il vous plaît noter: Pendant les grands événements, SXSW, ACL, Formula One, (taux augmenter à 700 $ la nuit) si je suis disponible, je peux vous conduire à des taches, cependant; la plupart des choses sont à distance de marche - Restaurant 24 heures et Walgreens, station d'essence, magasins, le célèbre Cassé Spoke salle de danse country avec beaucoup de musique live presque tous les soirs et même un bus de la ville arrêter deux pâtés de maisons sur South Lamar qui peut vous emmener le centre-ville quatre miles. piscine Barton Springs et la randonnée 14-mile et de vélo ceinture de verdure sont à la fois dans le quartier.

The house was adorable and in a really nice neighborhood. Very clean and plenty of kitchen items you would typically use. There was even a little wine area and a wine fridge. Coffee beans to grind for fresh coffee was a nice touch. Close to downtown. Very responsive host. We had a great stay. The hot tub was an older one and wasn’t the best, the second night we used it the temp steadily dropped, but it was late and we didn’t want to disturb the host. We would definitely stay here again. It was a lovely house.

Incredible stay in the best area of Austin

Ended up extending twice, just had the best time and such a great location with every amenity needed! Definitely utilized the awesome kitchen and spent more than a few hours on the lovely patio! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent stay!!

Cannot say enough great things about this property, stay, and kindness and communication with owner, Karen. The place is so unique, clean, and comfortable. Karen was very accommodating of requests and quick with communication for anything we needed. Great neighborhood and close to many things.

Happy turkeys!

My husband, adults son, and sister stayed so that we could enjoy a Thanksgiving feast and celebration at my niece's house nearby. The house was very inviting and Karen was a wonderfully responsive host! I hope to go back again! Happy Thanksgiving!

Fantastic Stay!

This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve experienced in a long time. Nothing has come close to the amenities provided and it was perfect for entertaining family. Roomy, open and modern kitchen, comfortable beds (3 bedrooms), 3 baths including a claw foot tub, great hot tub, covered patio and all set in a beautiful neighborhood just off Lamar where there are plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend it to anyone desiring a fun, eclectic stay in a gorgeous area near downtown. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

My family was visiting Austin for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautifully designed home in a great part of town. The kitchen is amazing with gorgeous appliances and a fun retro vibe. Too bad I had no time to cook! I’d be very happy to stay here again. And our little dog loved it too!!

My husband, his brother and our sister-in-law stayed at the property for ACL weekend. The house had lots of character and the neighborhood is nice. We had everything we needed, plenty of space, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub or grill but enjoyed the outdoor space/seating. They owner was quick to answer any questions we had.

Nice location

Went for UT graduation ceremony weekend. Location is really good. Close to UT and downtown. Next to green belt trail. Very quiet neighborhood. House is filled up with nice surprises. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking items needed, including oil, spices, and more. Love the hot tub and tree house. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location

Close to downtown Austin to enjoy everything (Barton Springs, Zilker Park, 6th Street, Rainey Street and Town Lake). Sleeps 8 in separate rooms comfortably. Nice backyard area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or grill out in the evening. This place has an Austin vibe that took me back to growing up in Austin. Sad to see all the trendy condos and McMansions springing up everywhere. This home is a perfect place for a large group.

Great house for get together

Reunion of friends in Austin. The house was just what we needed. Three separate bedrooms, plus overflow on the futon in the living room. (There's also a spare room with an air mattress, but you'll be more comfortable moving the futon mattress in.) Kitchen well-appointed, everything you need. Nice back porch for decompressing and chatting after a long day of sight seeing.

Great location - lots of personality

Karen’s house was perfect for a four nights stay while in town for a family event. The neighborhood is great – Walkable and convenient to downtown. Karen was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with a dripping shower, but her maintenance person came over quickly to repair it. The house is comfortable, well stocked and decorated with lots of personality! The backyard was great for relaxing, although we did not use the hot tub. We had a nice stay and would definitely recommend her home.

Great house and perfect location!

We rented this house for four nights during my son’s UT graduation. The location near Lamar and South Congress was excellent for experiencing all the great restaurants and shops the area has to offer. The house was very comfortable with an excellent back yard patio and yard that was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We loved the interesting (and quiet) neighborhood with all the different houses and hilly, curvy streets. Great for walking exercise.
