Conveniently located on the service road between Stephen Carr Memorial Drive and Sam's Wholesale. You are just minutes away from the U of A, Dickson Street, Washington Regional, Walton Arts Center, and if you hop on I-49 and go North, you'll be in Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville within just a few minutes!

-Inviting Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in a fully-stocked bright white kitchen perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The kitchen includes a coffee station with a keurig machine with pod or full pot option. Also included are refrigerator with built in ice maker and water dispenser and some pantry essentials you may need during your stay.

-Cozy Living Room: Relax in a warm and inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating and cozy throw blankets for those chilly evenings. Couch makes into a queen size bed, if needed.

-Spacious Bedrooms: The primary suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding along with walk in closets with built in drawers.

-Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms upstairs and one half bath downstairs. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided for short term stays.

-Laundry: The house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer + iron and ironing board, all upstairs in hallway close to the bedrooms. Starter supply of laundry detergent is provided.

-Entertainment Ready: The house is equipped with four Roku smart TVs. You are able to login to your own streaming accounts. No logins will be provided. The house also comes with complimentary Fast speed Wifi.

-Office/Reading Room: The separate room upstairs which includes a desk, monitor, keyboard, loveseat couch and lamp is perfect for working remotely or for burying yourself in that good book.

-The property is equipped with a Simplisafe security system that you can turn on and off. It also has a video doorbelI and a camara above garage. Tampering with these are against house rules and will result in an automatic end to reservation

-Up to three dogs or other approved pets (NO CATS) allowed at this property. $25 per night, per pet. They must be crated when guests are away from property. Pet agreement must be signed by guests prior to receiving keypad code day before check-in. A $250 fee will be charged for any pet that has not been pre-approved before arrival. Note: There is not a fenced in yard at this property.
