Phenomenal

This cozy spot was everything we wanted and more. Clean, spacious, and not too much but just enough. Host was patient and communicative, definitely will be back again, even as a little staycation

Back again, great just like last time

This is my 2nd time renting from here because I knew I was going to get a good experience. Everything was just like before. House is clean, all amenities were there for me. Owner communicated well. I’m always grateful to find a good rental that I can trust to be exactly how they advertise themselves to be.

Perfect for work stay

This cozy 1 bedroom spot had everything I needed for my work trip to Hanford. The bed is unbelievably comfy and the sheets and towels are super soft. All of the amenities were clean and well stocked- I was not in need of anything while I was here. Contacting the owner was easy with very prompt and friendly responses. The garbage disposal wasn’t running well at first and they immediately sent someone out and the problem was resolved. Both TV’s have access to all the streaming services so you can log into your account and it feels like you’re at home. AC’s in the living room and bedroom worked perfect for the Central Valley heat. One thing to consider- the property is on a busy street and even though the bedroom is in the back, cars with loud mufflers can be heard. So bring some earplugs or a sound machine, and it’ll easily drown out the sound. I will absolutely be coming back again for work and hope to rent this place again!
