Our stay was wonderful! The only complaint is that the pool had so much debris and cigarette butts in it and it did not seem heated. But other than that we have zero complaints.

When the Room’s Fine but the Surroundings Say RUN

The room itself was clean and as described, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The property surrounding the room was filthy, smelled terrible, and was not maintained at all. If I had a family with me, I would have felt extremely uncomfortable staying here. The area felt very unsafe after dark, and there were several sketchy individuals lingering around the premises. This is not a location I would recommend or ever stay at again. Definitely not what I expected when booking through VRBO.

Family Vacation

Check in on Sunday quickly realize that the master bathroom sink was clogged, then notice that the remote in the living room didn’t work for the tv and the glass tables hadn’t been cleaned. I shared everything with Vasca and they said would put in a ticket to get it taken care of. Never heard back from them. On Monday I followed up asking for an update they responded that they would check in on but I never heard back from them. No one ever came to fix the issues.

We strive to provide quick and efficient service and regret that this was not your experience. Our local manager assured us that all of the issues have been addressed and the cleaners have been notified to pay more attention to the glass tables. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.

Not satisfied

We were able to get checked in with no problems. The room does not correlate with the images shown online. The issues that we had with this room was no TV connection in one of the rooms. We reached out to the host the same night and was informed someone would come out. No one ever came or followed up with us. No extra towels were provided, we had to purchase our own extra towels. We went to the front desk to ask for towels and could not be provided with any, we even offered to pay. The TV signal in the living room was weak and kept freezing. The toilet in the main room constantly ran, even after checking. Overall, this was the worst experience we have ever had and would not recommend anyone booking with the condo.
