Condo 1 chambre moderne récemment rénové propre et confortable (8 personnes) est situé au centre de Myrtle Beach. N'hésitez pas à tous Jennifer (929-515-0422) pour la réservation et les détails. Il se trouve à quelques pas du parc d'attractions Family Kingdom, de la promenade et du parc aquatique Splashes. Profitez de la vue imprenable et de la brise de l'océan Atlantique sur le balcon. Cette suite comprend 2 reines dans les chambres privées et 1 lit escamotable queen-size dans le salon avec des baies vitrées, un balcon donnant directement sur l'océan, une salle de bains complÚte et une cuisine complÚte.

Ce condo a tout ce dont une famille en vacances a besoin. Il est entiÚrement équipé avec une cuisine qui comprend un réfrigérateur, une cuisiniÚre, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse et une cafetiÚre. Dans la station, il y a une installation d'eau de pointe, comprenant trois piscines chauffées, trois bains à remous, une grande piscine pour enfants et une salle d'exercice.

Great location, right on the beach. Pools and hot tubs were nice, although one of the outdoor hot tubs was not in working order while we were there. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot right on the beach

The resort and our condo was everything we needed for a great holiday. Condo was clean and comfy. Kids loved all the pools the resort had plus the ocean and beach which was right outside the condo. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and made check-in painless and super quick. Thank you so much

Don't trust this unit's description or photos.

The kitchen was filthy and not well equipped. Refrigerator leaked, dishwasher didn't dispense soap properly, oven had to be on 500 degrees to bake, toaster and coffee maker didn't work. The unit as a whole was not clean. I spent a day cleaning and rewashing all dishes and cookware due to crusted on food. The best I can say is it has a beautiful view. The VRBO host still hasn't answered my request from February 17th, and now I'm home (3/8). The pictures are not accurate, and the building does not have a second-floor lobby or accessible bathrooms. I would never stay in this building or unit again. There are plenty of other resorts to choose from in Myrtle Beach.

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed the beach view and that you didn’t have to walk far to get to the beach. Pools were really nice too. My husband went out to get groceries first night which was not a good idea (Saturday around 8 pm) as he saw people getting arrested in the resort parking lot and heard gun shots and didn’t feel safe. Later that night we heard really loud music and it was hard to sleep. Otherwise we had a great stay and no other issues the remainder of the week. I would not stay another Saturday or Friday night but it is very nice during the week and we met very nice families at the pool and my kids played with other kids. The condo was nicely decorated and in good shape. Stove is electric and the burners are not flat - hard to cook anything on it. We went to restaurants most days. Beds were comfortable. One linen (dark blue) had large bleach stains which I didn’t like. Check in was easy and instructions very clear. No beach chair or umbrella was provided (a previous review mentioned it but we didn’t find one). When I contacted the owner via VRBO message I didn’t receive a response. I could have called but it was not that important to us. Overall we enjoyed the stay, especially the nice views of the beach and the pools.

Ocean Front Getaway

Easy communication with the property owner. I had a moment of confusion at check in totally my mistake. The property owner responded instantly and was very pleasant to text with. My family had a great time. It was so nice to have the beach just steps aways from the pool. Would stay here again. Also the beach was quite and not as crowded as other areas which was a definite plus. The only draw back was the smoke detector went off continuously when cooking breakfast even though there was no smoke. But, I guess on the plus side it worked well.

Great stay

We had a wonderful vacation and this was our first time using vrbo. It was a very simple and easy process. Our hostess was always there to answer any question I had and was very accommodating.

Beautiful view

We absolutely love the view and it was just a few steps to the beach. The unit was very clean, it looks bigger on the pictures but it’s ok it had everything we need it. Communication with the property owner was very good she responded very quickly, she even recommended places for us to visit. We don’t smoke and had our kids with us so the only thing we didn’t like is the smell of people smoking weed, while we were just relaxing in the balcony even though there was multiple signs all over the hotel stating smoking wasn’t allowed. But other than that everything was great.

Beautiful view

we LOVED the view from our room. Jennifer was super quick to respond to questions and the property was clean and very nice. Plenty of sleeping room and comfortable beds. My kids loved the pools at the condo! And everything was in walking distance that we wanted to do which was a plus also!

Review

Overall good stay. Having flown, we used Uber a lot which was easy. The location was great, close to all amenities although prices for the general store nearby are absurd because it’s in a touristy location (pack of water almost $30). This was also the only VRBO we have stayed at that didn’t have any hand soap, dish soap, cleaner, or condiments left over (not sure if that has to do with covid?). Also, there were no hangers to hang jackets or anything and there was only one tiny rusted out beach chair and to rent for the day at the beach it was $40. The umbrella left there to use was also not working/broken or we just could t figure it out. I’m sure many people who visit drive and bring their own chairs, hangers, etc. but definitely keep in mind if you’re flying. The small deck was great and we spent a lot of time out there. The pool was nice, only thing I had to say about the pool is we couldn’t find any bathrooms down there so we had to go up to the room. Despite the little things, we greatly enjoyed our stay. Post COVID Easter Beach Trip

The property is located in a perfect spot in Myrtle Beach: 1 block from the promenade. The swimming pools were great, and sunrise from the balcony was the perfect way to start each morning. The linens and towels were clean and the beds, including the convenient murphy bed, were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but could use some new pans. The stove was a bit ornery but it didn't stop us from making pancakes and bacon every morning. The only complaint was that it was clear the cleaning company hadn't been very thorough. We found an empty bottle underneath the coffee table and candy wrappers when we opened the murphy bed. The stove burner trays were rusted out and had crumbs in them. The vent on the microwave clearly hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The shower curtain was also pretty moldy. I told the property owner who was very attentive to the situation. The condo was cleaned the next morning and the curtain replaced. All in all, we had a great time and would be thrilled to stay at Oceans One when we take another vacation to Myrtle Beach.

Comfortable Stay

This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach. Our stay was extremely comfortable and a great fit for our family. The condo was clean and had an ample amount of linens and towels. The beds were comfortable and the whole family slept in late! The views of the Atlantic from the oversized sliding door were stunning and we loved sitting on the balcony. The beach was literally just steps from the property, as well as tons of shops and restaurants. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive - overall it was a great getaway!

2019 Ocean One Stay

The property was just as described on Vrbo listing. The only thing that was disappointing was the wait time for elevators but we chose one of the busiest weeks to vacation in Myrtle. Our host was amazing and was very easy to contact before and during our stay. We will definitely return.

All was well the only thing I would recommend is putting a mirror over the bedroom dresser since there is only 1 mirror in the bath and several people getting ready 😃that did become a pain

What a view!

The view from the patio was amazing and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio! There were no coffee filters, only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels and pillows need replacing. The home was clean and neat and the manager responded right away when the fire alarm battery started beeping at 5:00 on Friday. On 2 days there were no beach towels downstairs for the beach, so management should note this. We enjoyed our week's stay here and the location was great! Thank you. We would stay here again.
